This is such an amazing apartment! If you are planning a trip to San Juan, so yourself a favor and book this spot!
This is the perfect size for 2 people. This is not a party pad. It's a studio apartment with a a real walk-in closet. There is a full kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, real fridge, and drip coffee maker) with good utensils, pots/pans, dishes, and cutlery. We've all been in short term rentals where these things are garbage, but this is like being at home.
The balcony faces west/north so you can watch the sun set. You can't quite see the sun rise (in March, maybe you can other times of the year), but you get plenty of light in the morning from the south facing windows.
You also have access to the laundry room. Apparently expedia doesn't let people talk about peices, so I can't tell you how much the machines vost, but they only take tokens (token machine is in the laundry room). There is a gym I didn't use, although it looked fine for vacation use.
There are legit beach towels and 2 really nice beach chairs.
If you're renting a car, do yourself a favor and rent the parking spot as well.
Within walking distance: a couple of locally owned convenience stores, pharmacies, tons of restaurants, the beach! There are larger grocery stores in driving distance. Old San Juan is about 10 minutes by car.
There's not enough space here to tell you how great this place is. Just rent it, you won't be sorry!
