Additional rules

Mi casita es su casita so we ask that you treat it as such, your home.

Please note: Renter's will be required to send a photo of their State ID to the host 24 Hrs after booking. This is required by condominium security for entrance onto the property. 

If any renters violate any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and will also forfeit any rental funds if asked to leave before check out date. 

Renter may also incur additional charges for damages. 

No parties.

No smoking inside the home.

No noise starting at Quiet hours starting at 10pm. 

Any noise complaints will be addressed and if continued renter will be asked to leave and forfeit their rental funds. 

Any person other than renter and person on guest list are not allowed to sleep in the apartment. If rule is broken renter will be charged an additional $80 fee per night stay.

Owner is not responsible for loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.

All guest must acknowledge that booking a reservation constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between host and guest.
