Welcome to our charming oceanfront apartment in beautiful Isla Verde, PR! This spacious retreat accommodates up to 4 guests comfortably and provides an ideal setting for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The apartment features two bedrooms, a full kitchen, two living rooms, a dining room and a balcony. The complex offers direct access to the beach, where you have to alternative of riding jetskis! It is just an 8 min drive from the airport, 5 mins from Condado and 10 mins to Old San Juan.

With two beautifully appointed bathrooms, a generous walk-in closet, and a full kitchen designed for culinary enthusiasts, every detail exudes opulence.

The apartment offers not one, but two living room areas, providing ample space for relaxation and entertainment. Step onto the balcony to bask in breathtaking beachfront views, and gather around the elegant dining table for memorable meals.

While the apartment complex's pool is currently undergoing renovations, you'll still have access to the gym and the pristine beach. Simply use the provided blue fob for exclusive access.

** It is important to note that if you are renting a vehicle, consider that the ceiling of the parking garage is low. Trucks and tall cars will not enter!

** As mentioned before, ESJ building is undergoing renovations. There will be workers working on the outside of the building from 8am to 5pm on weekdays. There might be some intermittent noise.

If you plan to explore the area and places such as Condado, Old San Juan, for example, you may use scooter and/or ubers.
If you wish to explore further away places, such as Rincón or Aguadilla, renting a car can be a great option.

The reservation includes one paper towel rolls and 2 rolls per bathroom! If you need anyone there are local pharmacies or supermarkets nearby.
