We didn't get the code to the apartment until well after 3pm. The security guard in the lobby was nice enough to let us wait in the lobby area until we heard from the host. I had to call VRBO to get ahold of the host. The Shower was either scolding hot or freezing, no warm, and didn't drain very well. There is only one set of keys for everything, the room, pool, tennis courts and to get to the beach area. It would be much more convenient to have 2 sets for 4 adults, so you can do different things at the same time. And the bedding for the futons were the wrong size, the fitted sheet did not fit and you only get a couch throw for a blanket to sleep with (for every bed), doesn't cover an adult body. The property the apartment is on was great. The Beach out the gate was perfect. And the grocery store was across the street was handy. The kitchen has the bare minimal, if you plan on making any meals, there was a lot of improvising.
