Ocean Front 2 letto / 2 bagni splendidamente ristrutturato sulla spiaggia di Isla Verde.

Godetevi questo condominio recentemente ristrutturato nel Mare St Clair (ex ESJ Azul). Questa camera da letto 2, 2 bagni completi ha una nuova cucina spettacolare con uno splash posteriore al quarzo e ripiano. Gli aggiornamenti includono tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici, piastrelle spagnole e tutti i comfort di casa. L'intero condominio è stato ritoccato ed è molto luminoso e arioso.

Amerai goderti il ​​caffè del mattino sotto il portico ascoltando le onde che si infrangono sulla spiaggia. Il nostro complesso è sulla spiaggia !! Non puoi letteralmente avvicinarti di più !! Mentre vi godete il caffè e la colazione, vi rilasserete su comodi mobili da giardino in vimini.

Il bagno sala è stato appena ristrutturato per includere una doccia, lavandino e specchio ingranditore. Gli asciugacapelli sono forniti in entrambi i bagni e abbiamo un piroscafo se hai bisogno di stirare i vestiti.

La camera da letto principale comprende un grande armadio, un nuovo letto king size, nuove tonalità scure e si collega al bagno principale. Il bagno principale comprende una vasca e doccia.

La camera da letto centrale ha nuovi mobili bianchi e un nuovo grande armadio. Ha 2 letti singoli. Ci sono anche sfumature oscuranti per il vostro comfort. Per la vostra comodità, il divano nella zona giorno è un letto matrimoniale estraibile.

La sala da pranzo comprende bellissimi mobili in rattan, che sono stati appena reupholstered con un tappeto mozzafiato pure.

Il soggiorno vanta un grande divano e un divanetto con un nuovo tavolino in marmo e una rilassante sedia in rattan. Il TV da 50 "è dotato di una barra audio e di un roku ideato per il tuo piacere.

Tutto in questo condominio è stato aggiornato per il tuo divertimento.

La struttura ha appena ristrutturato l'area della piscina e ha aperto un bar a bordo piscina con cibo e bevande tropicali! Non preoccuparti di portare un asciugamano in spiaggia o in piscina - ti vengono forniti tutti i giorni, complimenti del Mare. Assicurati di avere le tue banconote da un dollaro pronte per BINGO alle 14:00 dalla piscina - TUTTI I GIORNI!

Godetevi la ristrutturazione da 12 milioni di dollari del Mare precedentemente ESJ AZUL e le ESJ Towers. La cosa migliore è che prendi l'ascensore per la hall e cammina per 50 piedi fino alla spiaggia - non sono necessari tag sulla spiaggia o posti auto. La spiaggia del Mare a Isla Verde è una delle più belle spiagge del PR. Riposare su una sedia a sdraio fornita nella nostra unità o affittare uno lounging per $ 4 in spiaggia. Se il sole è troppo caldo, rilassati sotto una palma. Il Mare è comodo per ristoranti a 5 stelle e casinò di lusso. Comunità completamente recintata con servizio di portineria per tutti i gusti. Vieni a rilassarti e goditi la bellissima spiaggia del Mare, la più bella di Isla Verde. Godetevi il bellissimo bar della hall del Mare, il gioco e la sala giochi sono stati rinnovati con un tavolo da ping pong e da biliardo e giochi di carte arecche. Goditi il nuovo centro benessere con macchine cardio, pesi liberi e molte macchine impegnative. Prendi un latte o un cappuccino nella caffetteria situata al livello della lobby. Hanno anche spuntini e panini. Se non hai voglia di fare colazione o pranzare e vuoi stare nel complesso, dai un'occhiata al ristorante a servizio completo del Mare che serve colazione e pranzo. Ci sono davvero molte comodità da menzionare.

Puerto Rico ospita molte attrazioni che tutti possono godere. Usa la portineria per prenotare il tuo tour di El Yunque o parti per una gita di un giorno con lo snorkeling o le immersioni su un catamarano! Scopri le numerose cascate d'acqua su tutta l'isola mentre ti godi lo splendido paesaggio verde lungo il tragitto. Ti sentirai avventuroso, prenota un viaggio a Toro Verde, la linea zip più lunga di Porto Rico - o controlla le altre località di rivestimento zip in tutta l'isola. Great location with a great view. Easy to get around the town from the condo. Comfortable beds and sofa. Would definitely stay again.

Love the view, location was great. First floor and close to elevators. But the place was not clean. Not sure how often the place is checked after the cleaning crew gets done. We found sand in the refrigerator. My wife had to clean the kitchen counters and the bathroom counters, along with the toilet seats. She found dried fecal matter outside of a bathroom that needed cleaned up. The coach also has fleas. The wife and myself are covered in bites. There is more but I will stop here. Loved our stay in Puerto Rico but this was unfortunate.

This property was just as described. The condo was impressively clean, which made me feel so good about my choice. There was plenty of space for the 4 adults on our trip. Everything possibly needed was provided in the condo, including beach chairs and towels. Judy provided great info for our trip, and checked in to ensure all was well. The location was ideal. Right on the beach. Ubers were easy to find, and some convinces available within a 10 min walk. The common spaces in building itself are mostly vacant. The bar is closed, pool under construction, and game room with no functional games. Although this is unusual, we didn't mind because of the location and because of the quality of the actual condo unit. In the event we go back to PR and stay in this area, I'd definitely stay again.

We enjoyed staying at Judy’s place, a minute from the beach! The best spot was a big balcony, nicely decorated and with enough outdoor furniture for the whole family, facing the beach.

We had a great stay at Judy's place. It was in the middle of everything on Isla Verde...within walking distance to a great coffee shop, grocery store and car rental, if needed. You are literally 100 feet from the beach and the view from the balcony is amazing. Having chairs and towels available to use made traveling much easier! The washer and dryer is great so that you can clean up each day and before heading home. The parking space, should you choose to rent a car, is in an ideal location. Only downside for families (not for us) would be that the pool is still under construction, which has nothing to do with Judy's spot! We didn't come to Puerto Rico for the pool, so it didn't bother us at all! We will be recommending her spot to our friends!

Good calm location, beach access right outside steps from the unit. Plenty of English speaking staff. Currently a lot of renovation going on and according to signage expected for a while which is good shows they want the property to stay up to date. And its not loud so that's a plus but be aware of changing times or location of things. Game room leaves a lot to be desired, only 10 games and 6 were out of service while we were there (not owners fault) so bring stuff for kids to do if possible.

Look no further! This place is phenomenal from the views to the comfort of the beds. The parking space is so convenient right next to the entrance and elevator, and the condo is just one floor up. We could get to the beach in like 15 seconds! Just perfect. Easy to go back and forth for another cocktail or a lunch inside! Highly recommend for families with kids with the convenience. The pool is under construction currently but we didn’t miss it, the waves are very mild and the kids had fun playing in the water- no red flag days. Judy was a pleasure to work with and she was always available by phone or text and made sure we had everything we needed. There is a washer and dryer as well as plenty of towels! So lovely. Thanks again Judy, will be coming back next year!

Having the condo right on the beach was fantastic for kids - we could swim in the morning, then rinse off and come upstairs for lunch. Location was convenient to the airport, and while I was worried about noise, we didn't hear planes at all in the condo, or really on the beach either. Supermarket was right down the street, and we made good use of the kitchen, which was well stocked with appliances and dishes. The laundry in the unit was great too, for all the sandy beach clothes. Judy was fantastic at communication and when we had a burnt out light bulb, someone came by promptly to replace it. Overall, a great stay - highly recommended!

We left early, nothing was open meaning: all amenities host states in her listing has not been open since March 2022 - per front desk. I thought I would not have to go anywhere, as the listing states “seriously there are too many amenities to mention” well there was NONE! * I feel catfished.

It was the little special touches in the condo that made our stay wonderful. Pod coffee maker, filtered water jug in fridge, ice maker, big screen tv, great pillows. Very clean and comfortable. We loved this condo.

We enjoyed our long weekend stay at Judy's condo, especially sitting on the porch drinking coffee. The location was excellent, right on the beach. The bar and restaurant inside the condo/hotel seemed to be closed, but there were many restaurants nearby. We rented a car and the parking was very convenient. Overall, a very nice place to stay!

We will come back and we recommend this location to anyone experiencing Puerto Rico for the first time, as well as repeat visitors! Literally ON THE BEACH! Clean, very friendly owner that is accessible at any time if needed… Though we had everything we could possibly want. Perfect amenities made life there so smooth… Kitchen, laundry, loads of space, incredible view and relaxing balcony! So easy to find, reserved parking, walking distance to anything you need, driving distance to awesome adventures, remodeled fitness room with lockers, showers and an incredible sauna downstairs! Quiet, beautiful modern building. Could not recommend this property and this owner anymore than this! Exactly the right price, online booking was simple Absolutely glowing review, and I was managing myself, my older mother, three teenage boys and a nine-year-old boy… We are an active family of all age levels and the spot accommodated all of us perfectly!

The location and views were amazing. Everything you needed was close by. Restaurants, a CVS. There was live music down by the beach. The views from the balcony were amazing. The beach is your backyard. Close to the airport.

Perfect for a low key hangout and starting point for various activities. The apartment was spacious and clean. Judy has thought of everything! There is coffee, extra bath and beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, coolers, and even RUM! The beach is just steps away and gorgeous. This beach has everything, a vendor selling drinks in pineapples, parasailing rentals, banana boat rentals, and jet ski rentals- all while not feeling crowded or "too touristy." The real gem is Judy herself, seriously she is like a vacation fairy godmother! Stay here and you will have a blissful time!

This property is well maintained, awesom space, great appliances and amenities. The kitchen was well stocked with all the gagets you might need at home, towels were available for beach and daily use, beds were clean and comfortable. Building is well maintained, clean and modern. We will definitely look into rebooking in the future!
