Benvenuti a Villa Ebenezer. Questa bellissima villa in stile mediterraneo con studio all'interno del Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Beach, Resort and Spa è stata restaurata dopo la tempesta. Perfetto luogo di vacanza al mare! La villa si trova nel Cluster 2 di Rio Mar, un'esclusiva comunità residenziale / residenziale recintata con facile accesso a tutto ciò che cerchi in vacanza. Lo studio ha un letto Murphy, che consente di risparmiare spazio per la zona giorno durante il giorno. Ha un bagno, cucina completamente attrezzata e balcone con una bellissima vista verso il resort e l'oceano. Godere di aria condizionata, TV via cavo, Wi-Fi e lavatrice e asciugatrice. Cluster 2 ha una piscina recentemente rinnovata e due aree gazebo con griglie tutte a pochi passi dall'appartamento. Gli ospiti possono anche godere della piscina sulla spiaggia, che si trova a breve distanza in auto. Il tratto di un miglio della spiaggia di sabbia dorata è perfetto per rilassarsi o fare attività acquatiche, se preferite.

Il Resort è a soli 5-10 minuti dalla foresta pluviale nazionale El Yunque e molto vicino a molte altre aree di attrazione intorno alla parte nord-est dell'isola, come la spiaggia di Luquillo, la baia bioluminescente di Fajardo e i traghetti per Culebra e Vieques. Gli ospiti possono anche visitare il Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Beach, il Resort and Spa, dove possono usufruire delle strutture, tra cui il casinò, il centro benessere, cinque ristoranti e bar, palestra e campi da tennis. Il Resort dispone anche di due campi da golf a 18 buche da campionato progettati da Tom & George Fazio e Greg Norman. Sei anche a una breve distanza in auto da molti ristoranti e bar vicini locali.

The apartment was bug infested!! The hot water heater is defective and the shower water gets cold constantly. The window blinds are not light filtering therefore there’s too much light to be able to sleep past 6am. The AC blows directly at the bed and in your face all night. Not worth the money to stay here. The owner does not care about his renters. We had to leave 4 days early.

It was my girlfriends and I first time visiting PR and we are very happy we chose Bill’s place. It is perfect for a couple. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Check in was very easy and simple. Literally everything was great. Definitely would book again in the future.

Loved the place, close to many tourist attractions

Home Away From Home

This accommodation was perfect for our needs. We could relax and have a “staycation” with everything needed to prepare our own meals and unpack our stuff. We hardly drove because everything we enjoy - the best beach and pool- are in walking distance. We depart feeling entirely refreshed. Thank you!

Excellent unid location

Property location and ameniries exacrly as described, including recommendation to have a rental car. Terrific restauranrs nearby. Owner easy to reach. Overall we had a very nice stay. Highly recommend.

PR Perfection

Bill’s place had everything we’d hoped for to make our trip comfortable. We were able to prepare our own meals in a well-stocked kitchen. The facilities were clean and in good order. Bed was comfortable, and the porch was perfect for admiring the beauty of the park. I highly recommend this place for a couple or small family.

Fabulous condo!

The condo is well appointed, the host had everything available that one needs on a beach trip. The resort was beautiful, several lovely pools one very close to the condo. The beach is within walking distance or there is a parking lot right there. All the restaurant recommendations Bill left are amazing. It is a little tricky at first understanding the 2 gates you go through to get to the condo. It has nothing to do with the host or condo its the security of the complex. I'd advise looking over the email Bill sends after you've booked to have an easier time getting to your vacation. Enjoy!!!

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed our stay so much. Clean, quiet, convenient to many beaches/rainforest. Owner very easy to comunicate with. Only thing that might be helpful would be even more detailed information about security gates and how to come and go from property (alittle tricky for us to find initially but after a couple of times it became clear). Hope we can return someday. Thanks Bill!!

Lovely, safe, affordable

The property was well-maintained and very functional. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped that we could cook in and the beach was within walking distance from the Condo. We appreciated that the property is part of a gated community as this made us feel very at ease and safe. We had a great visit!

We absolutely loved the location and our unit. It’s great for two people or a family with small children. Bill was responsive to us throughout our stay and very helpful. We were close to wonderful restaurants, the beaches and San Juan. Rio Mar is a great location for exploring Puerto Rico. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was in exceptional condition. Everything needed was at our finger tips. Location was great 5 minutes to the beach great. Amenities and percs were out standing. The ower must be congratulated for the excellent upkeep of his property. Most definitely recommend this property.

Exceeded our expectations

We were pleasantly surprised with this hidden jewel (entire complex is beautiful and well maintained. Felt like paradise (true vacation). We enjoyed the private beach and pool. We stayed for and entire week (during a holiday). The villa is huge so it never felt crowded. The fully equipped kitchen was super helpful to prepare healthy meals. We also enjoyed meals at Don Pepe's restaurant nearby and traveling all over the island while staying here. Bill is truly a premier host. He made us feel welcome and was so responsive. We will stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Excellent location from SJU airport. The beach access and pool near the beach was great. The kitchen was well equipped and making breakfast was like being at home The local panaderia was great for some meals and pastries.

Great property

We enjoyed our week here. We hadn't been to PR before but was presently surprised. This property is located in a great spot for your beach and rainforest adventures. We did a guided night hike on Angelito Trail. Spent the day hiking in El Yunque. Old San Juan. Kayaked the Bioluminescent Bay in Fajardo, and snorkeled Iacos Bay. And the Liquillo kiosks.
