Located in the second floor, separate entrance through the home`s private backyard. Guests must go a flight of stairs to reach this apartment style bedroom:

Shared spaces with other 4 apartments in the apart hotel:
-Backyard with pool -One outdoor shower for rinsing (no hot water) -Beach essentials: we only provide towels. A separate vendor can provide beach chairs for your stay.
The aparthotel is equipped with Minut Noise sensors in the common areas to maintain respectful noise levels for neighbors and other guests. Quiet hours (outdoors) are from 10PM to 8AM. No recording.
Smoke detectors throughout the home.
The home is monitored by a security company 24/7. There are cameras on the outside perimeter of the home (no filming inside or on guest accessed areas).
Private residence inside the Ocean Park gated community. The pedestrian access to the streets are locked after 8PM and the only access is through the beach or the security guard.
Uber and private tour buses can pick guests right in front of the home. The property is within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and the jogging and tennis park on the Ultimo Trolley park.
Guests can access their own private suite and all common spaces in the aparthotel.

Accordingly, quiet hours at the property are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and guests are expected to comply with these municipal regulations during their stay.
For security and compliance purposes, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras and exterior noise detection sensors installed in specific areas in accordance with privacy policies (never in bathrooms, bedrooms, or other private areas). These devices help ensure the safety of the property and respect for neighborhood noise regulations.
Our property also maintains a Strict No Party / Noise Violation Policy. The noise detection system alerts us when sound levels exceed permitted limits. Loud music or party activity is considered to occur at levels above 75 decibels. If the system detects noise above this level for more than 10 minutes, we will send one notification requesting that the noise be reduced. If the event occurs again, our staff reserves the right to cancel the reservation and request immediate checkout from the property, no refunds will be granted, and a $200 fine may apply.
It is strictly prohibited to move, cover, disconnect, turn off, or otherwise tamper with any security cameras or noise detection devices, including altering their angle of view. Any attempt to tamper with these devices may result in penalties and immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund. We love hosting guests, and we want you to have a great time. OCCUPANCY – Guests will use the property only for the dates and times determined in the reservation. The occupancy of the property (reservation dates) begins on the date and time established for check-in and is completed on the check-out date and established time. Unless a previous late check-out is agreed by Capital Jetset and the guest(s) in writing, guests are expected to leave the premises on this established check-out date and time. Guest(s) acknowledges that in case they refuse to leave the premises on the established check-out time and date, they will be prosecuted by the law under the `Ley de Hoteleros de 1995 de Puerto Rico` and further charges for trespassing private property will be applied. Guest(s) acknowledge that they will be liable for all costs including but not limited to legal procedures, administration fees, and other expenses, incurred by Capital Jetset, its representatives, buildings or communities, and property owners in case of a guest(s) required eviction. Guest(s) shall not use, occupy, or permit the described premises or any part thereof to be used or occupied by third parties or for any unlawful, illegal, immoral, or hazardous purpose. All guests are expected to be respectful of residents, personnel, neighbors, and all living creatures while staying at the property and building. We have zero-tolerance for disrespectful, rude, loud, or violent visitors. We have the right to cancel reservations that cause any threats, situations that disrupt the community`s well-being or involve the police. In these rare cases, guests will be escorted out of the property at the moment and no refunds will be granted.
MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF GUESTS ALLOWED-The maximum occupancy in this property is stated on your reservation, no additional guests may stay overnight at risk of having your reservation canceled without a refund. Do not give door access codes or keys to strangers. The person booking is responsible for any damages, keep this in mind when allowing others to stay at the property.
EARLY CHECK-INS are not guaranteed. It is ultimately up to the host to approve any check-ins before the agreed time. An accepted request to book does not mean your early check-in time was approved. You will need to send us a message asking us if you can check in early.
LATE CHECKOUTS must be approved by the management team. If you stay past your check-out time without approval, you will automatically be charged for the next nights’ stay at the listing’s full price.

SMOKING-This is a non-smoking property. This includes vapes/e-cigarettes, cigars and hookas. Breaking this rule will result in a $300-$500 additional charge and potentially the additional cost that is incurred by losing the next guest’s reservation because we cannot eliminate the odor in time for the next booking. A smoke sensor installed in the unit notifies us of smoking inside the property. There are no exceptions to Cannabis even with a license. Incense and candles are also prohibited.

Great Location, easy check-in and hosts. The unit was clean and facilities were in good shape. The patio/pool area were lovely to hang out in. Would definitely recommend Santorini!

The property is clean, beautiful, and located in a safe neighborhood. However, even though the listing stated that check-in was at 4 p.m., it was actually at 5 p.m. — hopefully, that has since been updated. We were in town for the Bad Bunny concert, and the later check-in was very inconvenient, especially since early check-in wasn’t an option. It made our first day quite stressful. It would also be nice if guests had access to a kitchen or at least a small fridge for convenience.
