Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. We have a pool and recreation area in our building as well as 24 hour pharmacy/mini-market across the street. Also, our community have a 24hour security guard and a private free parking in the basement. The best part? THE OCEAN VIEW and direct beach access steps away, so don't look for more options, we have it all!!! Best location, best beach and best service!

The unit is perfectly clean and comfortable. Not fancy but with basic needs fulfilled. Beautiful views from a comfortable balcony. Arrival was quite frustrating as the taxi driver dropped us off outside of the property fence, on the main street in the rain with our 6 pieces of luggage. Unknown to him, there is an auto entrance on the west side of the property. Once we climbed the stairs and pushed the intercom button, no one answered. Luckily another family held the gate open for us and helped with getting our luggage up the stairs so we could enter the property. The guard in the building was extremely rude and not one bit helpful. She wouldn't even tell us if we were at the right location. There is no luggage storage if you arrive early. There wasn't even a chair to sit on while waiting for the check-in time. I give the building an F grade for pre-check-in hospitalty. Host Rose did respond quickly to try to help us with the guard issues. Four hours later, once we were officially in and with the electronic wristband that openned the building doors and gates, everything changed for the better and was very nice & convenient. There are loungers w/umbrellas at the beach available to rent, the pool is awesome. The kitchen was tiny but complete enough to cook meals. They even had ice in the freezer. Everyone we met(other than the one guard) was kind. The Walgreens just across the street has basic supplies including some groceries. I would highly recomme this vrbo.

We loved the location. So close to many good restaurants and a Walgreens across the street. The view was awesome and beach not too crowded. The pool was excellent. Get there early to get a chair though. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. My only complaint was a need for more towels (beach and bath).

A perfect location on the beach with an ocean view! Apartment 307 was comfortable and had all we needed (except beach chairs, which would've been nice). Chairs and an umbrella can be rented on the beach for 5/chair and 10/umbrella though. Wifi and large smart TV both worked great! The AC controller took a bit to figure out. Instructions would've helped. Walgreens across the street & Pizza City were convenient. Also ate at Lifeguards of the Reef down the beach. Can walk to Pueblo Supermarket for groceries and liquor. 24 Market Place was also convenient for liquor and other needs. The beach was great! You can also walk east through the streets to another long beach. Carolina is a very safe and clean area. We had a great time! Thanks, Rose!

Puerto Rico Visit at Isla Verde

This property is in a great location right on the Atlantic Ocean. We had easy access to a lot of local areas. It really helped having a vehicle parking spot. One recommendation is to add to the description sent to renters explaining which gate to initially pull up to and how you need to get the car very close to the gate to open first gate. Then explain to initially park in front of building in parking lot to get checked in. Also, with the door, it is hard to open and is sticking. We finally found the method for opening the door consistently: Turn key to the right to unlock and then wiggle handle to the left to free the door up and push. Other than this, everything was as stated and we would have no issues using this conveniently located apartment. We also found it extremely helpful to have a Walgreens right across the street.

Beautiful stay

We had a wonderful time here. The unit is third floor of Marbella west building. Lovely balcony facing the ocean. rose was a great host, provided extra beach chairs when we needed them. Small equipped kitchen. Bring basics like shampoo and soap as these were not provided but most everything else is. Would definitely stay again!

Great place

The apartment was clean. Balcony view is great!!! Unfortunately the apartment above was getting renovated or something and started drilling at 6 am every day. I wish the place came with some basic necessities. Such as extra towels, sheets, blankets. Would have been nice to have a cooler. I asked the owner if there was one and she said yes. There wasn't one. Overall it's a great apartment, would recommend.
