Dotato di 5 camere (2 camere matrimoniali con bagno privato e letti king size, 2 camere da letto con letti queen size che puoi uscire direttamente in piscina e un'altra camera estremamente accogliente con 2 letti queen size), TV via cavo e WiFi, Casa Seaesta ha tutto ciò che serve per rilassarsi e sentirsi a proprio agio.

Bella piscina con solarium, barbecue, comodi divani nel patio su un ponte esterno molto bello vi aspettano. Cucina completamente attrezzata, lavastoviglie inclusa (nessuno dovrebbe lavare i piatti durante le vacanze!), graziosa camera familiare con TV e impianto stereo, ampia sala da pranzo con posti a sedere per 12 persone sarà incredibile per tutto il tuo gruppo che si riunirà per qualche tempo libero. E quando decidi di fare due minuti a piedi in spiaggia, ti copriamo anche noi: troverai sedie a sdraio, teli da mare e un dispositivo di raffreddamento per farti andare la birra e divertirti sotto il sole dei Caraibi.

Our stay here was wonderful. We got in early from our flight and the host accommodated an early check in without a problem. The house is fully stocked and we had everything we needed. The beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable. Each room has its own mini split so everyone can stay cool at the temperature they prefer. The neighborhood is very peaceful and feels very safe. The beach is a 3 minute walk. A nice private beach away from the tourist areas. Absolutely lovely. So many restaurants within a 2-5 minute walk from the door of the house. Condado beach, la placita and old San Juan are all only a 10 minute Uber ride away. Very easy to get around. Make sure you take advantage of their concierge that comes with your rental. Sergio was fantastic! They helped plan our whole week here. They are very professional and keep you updated with all of your daily itinerary plans. They are easy to communicate with and it was such a pleasure working with them. Make sure to call or email. The hosts will forward you the info when you book.

The location was terrific. A less-than-45 minute walk to the center of San Juan, a 10-minute walk to the beach (2 blocks, really). We were a group of 5, unattached to one another, and we each had a bedroom and bathroom either en suite or several steps from the bedrooms. Could not have been more convenient for our group. Mayra was cordial and filled with information. And she kept in touch throughout. We have two friends who have a condo in Isla Verde, and we all spent a lot of time in both places. And the recommendations for restaurants and sites you left on the blackboard were fully approved by that couple! So all good. And thank you for everything.

Great house for our crew (bachelorette group) - close to the beach, lovely pool and plenty of space. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful. The house is nearby cute shops and markets, and there’s beach chairs and beach towels available for use. We didn’t use the grill but that was good to see. Thanks!

Communication was great! Before and during our stay, messages were answered within 1/2 hour. Six friends stayed and there was plenty of room. The house is in a great location. Only a few blocks from a nice beach and an easy walk to many restaurants and shops.

This house has everything!! The location is 2 blocks from the beach and just off the main road in Santurce, great security and parking, fully stocked, beautiful pool, great deck with a huge grill, perfectly comfortable for our group of eight! The hosts communicated quickly to all questions and were extremely welcoming. We have already rebooked for next year!

This was a gem! Perfect location, close to everything. Nice gated community, felt very safe. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach. Host was very kind, good communication prior to and during our stay. Fully stocked beach chairs, towels etc. Everything we needed was provided. Highly recommend.

The host and their team did an excellent job communicating with us both before and throughout our stay. We were warmly greeted upon arrival and given a thorough tour of the home. The house is in a fantastic location—quiet, walkable, and very safe. We appreciated the security at the neighborhood entrance as well as the gated access to the home itself.Everyone in our family had their own space, which made the stay especially comfortable. It was wonderful to wake up and walk straight out to the pool, and we also loved that the hostess provided beach necessities. The only minor drawback was the water pressure and temperature in the showers, but aside from that, it truly was the perfect home away from home.

What a great fund this home is! The house manager meets you to give you a tour which we really appreciated. We had 7 adults stay here over the Thanksgiving week. There is plenty of room for everyone. We loved playing games around the dining table at night. The beach is only a few blocks away. Loved the beach chairs that were included at the home. Lots of great restaurants and stores within walking distance. We did not rent a car and just used Uber and Lyft to get everywhere and this was very easy to do and very affordable. Highly recommend staying at this property.

This is a convenient location for many things (e.g. Isla Verde, Old San Juan, Pinones, Airport, etc.). The house was great and accommodated our groups 4 couples very nicely. Having 8 nice beach chairs and a small cooler came in very handy.

We had a great time. Fully stocked appreciate the amenities such as beach chairs. Mayra met us at check in to give full walk thru. Even came back with a new bag of dish pods. A bit disappointed the dryer broke prior to our stay so we had to hang dry clothes. The house was very clean. Other then a few ants in the back bedroom. Which Mayra brought us spray for. Please note the king large bedroom is detached you will need to walk across the 3 pool planks outside. This can be challenging with younger kids or during the frequent PR random rain storms. The pool planks and trim are very slippery when wet. There should be signage. I slipped and fell during my stay felt the owners response should have been more attentive rather “then they have been weather tested & no one had fell is 8 years” Other then this all was well. Great walking to bakery, other restaurants, beach etc.

We had a great stay, location was perfect! The house was great for 10 people, the house definitely needs a bit of updating but nothing that would deter us from staying again. Mayra was very responsive & met us at the house for an earlier check in. Would definitely recommend this house.

The place it’s great, the owner it’s very attentive and responsive. There was a water issue in the island and he did the best he could to accommodate our needs and solve the problem.The house is in great conditions, it has everything you need to stay with a big group. The beds are super comfortable. The location is very convenient, there’s a lot of restaurants in walking distance. I would say if you are staying with kids have in mind the beach nearby is not as kid friendly, the waves are quite strong.

Great for a group of 8-10! Beautiful, Spacious, Close to the Beach and restaurants

We celebrated my boyfriend's birthday in Puerto Rico for 4 nights. Mayra, met us at the VRBO upon arrival and walked us through the house explaining all the things we needed in the house. She was so warm, welcoming, inviting and gave us great recommendations! The pool area was clean and refreshing. Please do not worry about being too warm, the whole house was the perfect temperature and each room its own air conditioner. The guest house was perfect, if you want your own private quarters. Coffee shops, great restaurants and neighborhood bars were less than a 6-8 minute walk and the grocery store (SuperMax) was a 15 minute walk. BUT.. the beach was really 3 minutes away. There was security on the beach and it was never too crowded. We felt safe walking in the neighborhood late at night.If you are going on excursions, please please connect with Sergio who manages the tours. He and his team were great communicators. Our only complaint was the neighbor next door who asked our group to be quiet at 6pm. This only happened once but it was a bit of a vibe kill. I would 10/10 recommend to groups and families! We will be back soon!

Our family of 5 adults and 2 small children were very comfortable at Casa Seasta. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all a nice size and there was a big common area with the living room, dining room, and outdoor space. The location was perfect for our first time in Puerto Rico--a short walk to the beach (even with two toddlers) and many restaurants. We enjoyed a different walkable cafe each day for our morning coffee. We loved living in a neighborhood like a local, but if you want resort life, buy a pool pass for a day and return to this cozy home for a moonlit night swim.
We all fit around the dining table and appreciated the toddler seat and highchair.

All around winner

The home is well designed and attractively appointed. Layout is great for groups and families. Location close to awesome beach is huge plus and gated community is also a nice bonus. Hosts are awesome - great communication and responsive!! Highly recommend.
