• Beach chairs and an umbrella rentals are available on the beach.



• Laundry 🧺 facilities are available daily from 6 AM to 11 PM. Machines are token-operated, with tokens purchasable from the lobby during weekday hours ($3.00 per token).

Getting around is easy! We offer one free parking spot in our garage. The Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU) is just a 5-minute drive or a short Uber ride away.



Other Things to Note:

Please note: Our apartment is ideally situated, just 5 minutes from SJU Airport, 10 minutes from the Convention District, 15 minutes from Plaza Las Américas, and 35 minutes from El Yunque Rainforest. Be aware that power outages can occur, and the building's generator only powers common areas, not individual units. We provide a smart TV with WiFi. Each guest will receive one set of towels for the duration of their stay, with no mid-stay replenishment.
