The apartment features a spacious living area with smart TV and Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for four, a coffee table in the kitchen for two, and high ceilings that create an airy, welcoming vibe. One bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds, while a day bed in the living room sleeps two more.

The bathroom is fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryer. For added comfort, guests receive fresh linens (fitted sheets and duvet covers sanitized after every stay), two pillows per person, and a bath towels. A small ironing board and iron are also included.

Safety is a priority, and the building has smart locks, keypad entry, cameras in common areas, and underground parking. However, the building does not have a power backup in case of occasional power outages.

The building provides free underground parking. Please let us know in advance if you will need a spot to assign one for you if available. If it is not possible, there is free on-street parking available.

Walk to La Placita, Avenida De Diego restaurants, and the Choliseo for concerts, or reach Condado, Old San Juan, and the airport in 10–20 minutes. Multiple apartments in the building can be booked together for larger groups.

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, as well as a shared balcony overlooking the avenue. Entering the building is simple, safe, and convenient. You’ll receive a personalized access code for the building’s main entrance and another unique code for the apartment door. No keys are required—just enter your code on the keypad to unlock. This makes arrival easy at any time of day and ensures a smooth, secure check-in experience.

The host is available through the app anytime during business hours until 11 pm, and most requests are answered within 1 hour, but no more than 24 hours.
