“This hotel is shuttered and closed. They took my reservation money and expedia wont refund my money”

“We stayed room No. 506. I can clearly hear the voices of other guests in the hallway and room service through the gap in the door. The door should be replaced.”

“The aircon was not satisfying because it didn’t work right in spite of multiple adjustments I made. It was not as cold as I was expecting. The room was at 313. Prior to this , I also checked in at room 215 and the AC was in good running condition.”

“Clean rooms, excellent breakfast buffet, good dinner options on-site as well as coffee and cheesecake restaurant there in the lobby. Super friendly staff too. Will be back.”

“2 huge cockroaches in our condo! Dusty! Their ad stated kitchenette but what kitchenette?! Not one solitary spoon! All this kitchenette had was a sink! no microwave, not even a kettle to boil water!! Their staff person entered my condo without permission, not even a knock!!! Good thing I wasn't naked coming out of the bathroom!!! Will NOT RECOMMEND this ZPad Residence to my enemy!!!”
