“A cute little villa right on the water, with everything just as advertised. Our host made sure we had everything we asked for. Highly recommend staying here if you like a quiet holiday with a sunset view and what feels like your own personal cove to swim in.”

“We've already stayed in villa Iru several times over the past years and always enjoyed it to the fullest. The house as well as the property is very well kept, modern and offers more than enough space. The location in a quieter side road is also perfect for spending relaxing days at the pool and in the extensive garden. Binibequer Vell offers everything in a walking distance like shops, restaurants and a really nice beach. On top of that Francisco is a great host, so we're already looking forward...

“The property is very well equipped and in a prime location. The mid stay cleaning was very welcome and efficiently carried out. In the high winds this week one of the brollys up by the pool was blown over and damaged. ”

“We were with a group of friends and teenagers mostly boys. The house was spectacular and so much fun things for the kids to to table tennis, paddle, swimming jacuzzi minigolf. The beaches within 10 min drive. The owner of the house was there to welcome us and show us around the area the local restaurants and supermarkets. When out kid got sick she even lent us her car because there were no taxis available. Really recommended! Thank you Patricia”

“Sehr schönes gepflegtes Haus - genau so haben wir uns das vorgestellt. Kleines Manko : im Nachbarhaus wurde das Dach repariert und die Dachdecker musten mir presslufthammer an zwei Tagen Ziegel abschlagen. Wir sind an den Strand gegangen, den man gut zu Fuß erreichen kann”

“Small but perfectly formed bungalow set in quiet grounds just next to a lovely swimming pool. There is a lovely sandy beach 5 minutes walk away from the property, great for swimming.. Just right for a quiet relaxing break.”

“La maison est très agréable à vivre, les extérieurs sont confortables. La procédure est facile pour l'arrivée et le départ. Un vrai coin de paradis au calme. La grande proximité du port et des chemins de randonnées est appréciable. Équipements assez simples mais il y a ce qu'il faut. Juste il serait agréable d'avoir quelques produits d'entretien pour faire un peu de ménage sans avoir à tout acheter en grand conditionnement pour une semaine.”

“Das Ferienhaus bietet einen tollen Blick auf die Bucht von Cala Torret und liegt fußläufig zum Strand von Binibeca, der allerdings nicht sehr groß ist und in der Hochsaison schnell überlaufen ist. Etwas unterhalb des Hauses befindet sich eine Bar, in der an manchen Tagen Live-Musik bis spätabends gespielt wurde. Der Pool ist groß und war bei unseren Kindern sehr beliebt. Besonders herauszuheben ist der tolle Service: Während unseres zweiwöchigen Aufenthalts wurden zweimal die Handtücher...

“peaceful, laid back, out of the way. So out of the way the village doesn't even have a shop or cafe/restaurant. No beach to speak of so not for sand fans.”
