Hotel a San Luis

“There was items left in the refrigerator and microwave. There was no coffee maker. The bed cover was old and had two slash cuts. The under sheets were clean though. The towels were only two and it was felt harsh old. ”

“This place was absolutely gorgeous. All new and updated. Very quiet area. Beach front view and access.The owners were very nice as well. They offered to cook steaks for us for dinner. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!! ”

“The view is beautiful. The room was perfect with plenty of space and a large balcony. There are only 2 elevators at the front of the property. Only stair access where the villas are, we definitely got our steps in! 😩 Amazing location with a semi private beach, loved it! ”

“There is no one at the front desk after 10pm, there is no room cleaning, if you need new towels or bed sheets you have to take them to the front desk and get new ones yourself, take out your own trash, no coffee pot in room, they did have coffee in the lobby 24 hours a day, no ice machine and kitchen in room no utensils or pans, with having to do everything yourself they should not charge as much”

“At first I was worried I wasn't' going to get the beach view. Because their were properties on both sides of the highway. As I checked in they told me our stay was on the other side beach front. They gave us a choice of which floor we wanted. Unfortunately they told us the elevator did not go up all the way to our floor and we would have to take the stairs one flight. That was not a deal breaker. Our room was absolutely amazing, the pictures do not do it justice. It was very clean, the view was...

“Spent one night passing through to wait out a storm used the hot tub and pool both were great”

“The front desk took like about 30 minutes to come to the window, then said he couldn’t find my reservation, asked me for my ID and then when he was done he THREW it back at me. They went into the room once out of the 3 nights we stayed. And didn’t leave replacement towels, they took the used ones and left us with nothing. Luckily I had brought one from home. ”

“Great location but hotel was old and not very clean. Had to ask for towels (none in room). Sheets appeared to have been slept in. Will not visit this motel again. Stay further away and drive to the beach, you’ll be happy you did!”
