“a good expierience”

“Had a wonderful breakfast fixed for us”

“Great place to stay. Affordable, clean, great host. Would stay again”

“Very friendly! Very neat old building and very comfortable bed .”

“The kitchen, bathrooms and the rest of the house was very clean. The water pressure in the showers was great. There was some laundry in the washer and a full load of items in the dryer that we had to move to wash some of our clothes. We did not use any of the cookware or dishes. Perhaps some of the pantry/refrigerated items should be gone through and discarded. The outdoor area in the back was very nice and enjoyable. “Cozy beautiful home, great hosts”

“We loved our stay here! Host was on site and very attentive with anything that we could possibly need during our stay. The stars were also beautiful to watch at night. We only stayed here for one night but will definitely be back!”

“Convenient access to paved road. Beautiful views of sunrise and sunsets. Comfortable beds and nice showers. Centralized location for a home base so we could see many sites in the area over the time we were there. I would choose to stay there again if ever in the area in the future.”

“Nine of us thoroughly enjoyed our 6 night stay! Space enough for quiet times and group times, indoors and outdoors on the large 2nd floor deck and individual decks. Windows everywhere had us feeling we shared the outdoors in privacy. Hearing birds and the Cuchara River through open windows was a joy. Every bedroom is nice; there isn’t a bedroom that isn’t great. Huge theater-quality TV if you have an event you want to watch. Loved the spacious kitchens, high tech bathrooms, and great radiant...

“We had a wonderful time. Cooking was made easy with all of the spices and cookware. This is the ideal house to view the fall changing foliage.”
