Splendido, di recente costruzione 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni Avila Beach Condo. I punti salienti includono: aria condizionata, terrazza panoramica, cucina gourmet, molti posti a sedere nella zona giorno, camino e parcheggio per 2 veicoli. 245 San Miguel Può ospitare fino a 4 persone con un letto matrimoniale in ciascuna delle due camere da letto. Ogni camera offre un generoso spazio armadio, ventilatori a soffitto, TV a schermo piatto con cavo e finestre dal pavimento al soffitto per molta luce naturale. La camera da letto principale ha anche una porta che si apre sul ponte del secondo piano e il bagno privato è una combinazione di vasca e doccia. Il bagno completo nella hall ha una bella cabina doccia. La zona giorno principale è aperta e ariosa, una porta scorrevole in vetro conduce dalla cucina al ponte del secondo piano dove si trova il barbecue a gas. Salendo la scala a chiocciola dalla zona barbecue troverai l'ampio ponte sul tetto con molti mobili per mettere a tuo agio te, la tua famiglia e i tuoi amici. È lo spazio perfetto per tutto, dal caffè mattutino al barbecue pomeridiano, al vino o ai cocktail sotto le stelle. I servizi aggiuntivi includono lavatrice e asciugatrice full size e parcheggio per 2 auto - 1 posto auto in garage e 1 posto auto coperto.

great location and adorable town! very easy company to work with. a couple of the overhead fans were not working and needed adjustment so they didn't squeak (2nd bedroom and living room). both beds were very comfortable. the parking spot under the carport is first come, first serve, but that only seemed to matter on the Saturday and Sunday. will rent again!

Great location

The location was wonderful. Couple blocks to the beach and plenty of restaurants and shops. Easy drive to San Luis Obispo.This rental had everything we needed. The deck on the roof was a great spot to hang out and enjoy the fresh air. It could use a hose down up there though. The furniture was covered in spiders and webs. We spent some time with the broom cleaning before sitting around. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for sharing your spot with us!

No AC, no oven, no hot water, no good

I was supposed to stay at this property from 5/15 to 5/24. The day after I moved in the AC went out. My cellular phone didn't work at the property, which supposedly happens occasionally, so I had a lot of difficulty reaching Coastal Vacation Rental Properties. Their manager came out to look at the AC, and basically made it worse, leaving flashing lights on all of the fans (which was interesting at night). They sent an HVAC technician out to look at the AC - again my cell phone didn't work there so this was difficult to coordinate - four separate times. I actually called Coastal Vacation Rentals to cancel the last appointment, successfully did so, but when I left the property to walk my dog the AC tech was sitting outside of the property in his car. I told him I cancelled, he said it would take "two minutes to fix", but after twenty minutes of no results I asked him kindly to leave. When I left the property I was concerned because he was still sitting outside in his car. I therefore LOCKED THE INSIDE FRONT DOOR AND WENT OUT THROUGH THE GARAGE USING THE CLICKER, LEAVING THE GARAGE DOOR OPEN. When I came back one hour later, the FRONT DOOR WAS UNLOCKED AND THE GARAGE DOOR WAS LOCKED. I was scared and had no way to contact anyone. My emails were not returned. I packed my stuff and left the next morning. Interestingly, the hot water was turned off and I had to take a freezing cold shower the morning I left. This property is ok but the experience was terrible.

Avila Beach House

We had a wonderful stay. Beautiful home. Walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, and our concert at Mulligan's. Only disappointment was the upstairs deck. The deck was covered with spiders and we could not get the lighting to come on. A little Raid spray solved the problem though. Otherwise fun time!

Weekend getaway

This unit is wonderful!! High end appliances and upgraded towels and bed linens. Our only problem was the parking situation. We have a suburban and there was no way it would fit into the garage. The carport closest to our unit was too small also. Luckily we found street parking the first night and one of the manageable carports was available the second night.

Nice place, great location

This place was perfect for a girls’ getaway! Walking distance to the beach, wineries, and to live music at Mulligan’s on the golf course. The place was modern, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The rooftop deck was a bonus! I hope to stay here again in the future!

Great family vacation

A nice stay in Avila with family, easy walk to beach. The inside was freshly clean and kitchen had many cooking items. The third level outside was a great place to gather and enjoy the sunshine outside. We look forward to coming back again.

At times an odd choice of amenities. Actual candles, but not a single box of kleenex. Empty bottle of tequila in a closet, but no extra bedding. However, for what you are getting at that price it is a great deal.

Fall 2021 At Avila Beach

We were familiar with Avila Beach as we had stayed in other condos previously. The condo was as advertised, we had a few startup issues that were corrected right away by the management company and/or the owner. There is one thing I would suggest be added and that is dressers in the bedrooms. We had no place to put out non hanging clothes. We stayed for 31 days and enjoyed all the amenities the condo had to offer. We would definitely consider renting this condo again.

A wonderful place to stay!

My wife and other couple enjoyed our stay at this place. It was clean and had everything we need. It was close to the beach, an easy few mins walk. We will definitely plan to come back!

Nice Avila Beach Condo

We enjoyed our 4 night stay. The condo was clean and kitchen well stocked even though we only used it for breakfast as there are so many great restaurants on the Central Coast.

Great place, great location

We had a great time! The location is perfect, and the home is really nice. Everything you need is there. We did have an ant problem when we arrived but they took care of it the following morning and it was cleared up for rest of stay - thank you! Would stay there again!
