Il nostro spot crea romanticismo rilassato dall'alba al tramonto dove intrattenere è facile, il comfort regna sovrano e la bellezza naturale è l'essenza dello stile. La nostra posizione a Oceano ti porta direttamente sulla spiaggia, a 5 minuti dalle cantine e dallo storico villaggio di Arroyo Grande, e 5-10 minuti dalle spiagge di Pismo e Avila. La Central Coast rivaleggia con la Napa Valley con oltre 200 cantine e vigneti nella regione. In quasi ogni fine settimana si possono trovare attività come degustazioni di vini e festival, eventi in bicicletta e fiere di ogni tipo.

Questa proprietà è ideale per le famiglie e per gli appassionati di vino interessati a condividere il costo di una bella casa e proprietà portando un gruppo di 2-3 coppie, diverse famiglie o un gruppo di amici.

Questo spazioso condominio è a conduzione familiare ed è una casa a due piani che dispone di 2 camere da letto, 3 bagni, una cucina molto aperta e grande e una zona familiare e pranzo. Il condominio è situato sulla spiaggia con ampio spazio per rilassarsi e divertirsi!

La Master Suite dispone di un letto matrimoniale a baldacchino intagliato a mano con biancheria da letto di lusso tra cui 500 fogli conta fili, coperta di ciniglia e oh cuscini così comodi. Ha anche un accogliente salotto per leggere o guardare la TV sullo schermo piatto. Il bagno con questa camera da letto include una toeletta e una cabina doccia.

La seconda grande camera da letto è dotata di cinque letti singoli con lenzuola setose. Questa camera offre anche una TV a schermo piatto. Il bagno adiacente include una combinazione doccia vasca.

La terza zona notte mette in evidenza un letto matrimoniale estraibile e un secondo letto. Al piano inferiore offre anche un bagno completo con cabina doccia. Questo è ottimo per le famiglie di avere una zona notte completa giù per le scale insieme a un terzo bagno completo.

La sala da pranzo e soggiorno è aperta e ariosa con un grande tavolo da pranzo, un lungo bar con cinque sgabelli da bar per mangiare. Rilassati nella zona giorno principale che vanta una TV a schermo piatto, un divano imbottito in ciniglia e un camino a gas. La casa comprende tutte le lenzuola, coperte, macchina per il caffè di lusso, cucina e utensili e teli mare. Property is well suited for families with two full bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and a full bath downstairs and large dining table for meals, games, etc.. Downstairs also had a "couch" that was the size of a double bed and very comfortable. Had beach access and beautiful views from living area and master bedroom. It was great to step right out to the beach for walks/work-outs.There is a lot of vehicle traffic on the beach, but that was one of the reasons we chose this location (close to the ATV park) so did not impact our visit. Noise was not a problem (the surf was louder than any vehicle noise) and vehicles were only out during the day. Outside furniture was too wet to use on our visit due to recent rain.Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals although the ice machine and dispenser in the fridge/freezer wasn't working and neither was the gas fireplace. TVs were connected to streaming services through Roku, but needed to use our accounts to access. Could not access network TV or get TV working on any service in kids' bedroom, but that may have been user error. Bathrooms were spacious and well appointed. Furniture was comfortable.Had technical difficulties with garage gate and the front door access, but owner responded right away and we worked it out. Be sure to bring your own shower soap, shampoo, conditioner & Kleenex as none was provided, but there was hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.Overall, a nice place for a beach getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay. Right on the beach. Beautiful location. Since it’s by the dunes and the vehicle entrance there was some traffic, but it didn’t bother us at all. Very clean and comfy. Would stay again. Thanks Tammy

We had such a great stay. It was amazing being right on the beach! The house was beautiful and was thoughtfully prepared with everything you would need. Very spacious. We appreciated the 3 full bathrooms. The host was very responsive and helpful. We'll definitely stay here again!

This is the third summer in a row we have stayed at this condo, this year staying for 10 days instead of 7. We love its location, right on the sand and ocean! We walk down the beach two miles and are in downtown Pismo, we can drive a few miles and be at wonderful hiking trails, or we can stay put because the beach is beautiful. Both Slappy's and Juans are a must visit for food! We appreciate Tammy being responsive to our needs and taking good care of us! We are already planning for next year!

This is a great stay, well appointed, very clean. My only gripe would be the dryer didn't work, so we had packed light in anticipation of not needing an offsite fluff and fold. Other than that everything was perfect, really enjoyed the location and the views. Also there is Slappy's adjacent, whose aroma wanders around when they are cooking Tri-Tip. We grabbed some chowder one day, not too bad. Would stay here again, probably longer than a week.

This property was simply gorgeous. The space was perfect and very roomy & comfortable for our family. We loved the fireplace and daybed. Parking was a breeze with the reserved spaces under the unit. Plenty of trash bags & paper towels. Coffee included! Bring your own soaps & shampoos though. Key pad door lock was challenging for us, but we worked it out with the property manager. Tammy was very responsive, welcoming & helpful. There are no words for the view- just amazing! Also, we ordered Slappy’s Chowder house next door the first night, not expecting much. We were wrong - one of the best tri tip sandwiches, and the chowder was incredible.

Tammy the host was amazing. She was supper communicative, and amazing to work with. The home was well furnished and super clean. Me and my family had a amazing time at this home. The condo was beautiful and the views were amazing! It was nicely decorated, clean, and fully equipped! The location is perfect, better than described, literally right on the sand! The host Tammy is the best! She was available for any question we had or for any help we needed! The only complaint that I have is that we were not able to stay longer! Love this place, great experience!

We had an amazing time. You are literally right on the beach. Restaurants, groceries, shopping all very close. It is right by the entrance for campers to go on the beach but we found that rather entertaining. I loved the big oversized couch right by the back patio so you could relax and watch the waves. Tammy was readily available for any issues or questions we had. We will be back!
