Tre camere da letto, due bagni oceano davanti casa di fronte al mare. sull'oceano e sulla spiaggia una vista incredibile. Soggiorno dispone di TV via cavo / DVD e connessione internet wireless. Cucina è dotata di tutti i comfort tra cui una lavastoviglie. Sala da pranzo ha un tavolo per sei ed �� circondato da finestre che si affacciano sul mare, con una vista pittoresca del molo. Scala esterna conduce al piano inferiore dove si trovano una camera da letto, il secondo bagno, garage 1 auto, e la lavanderia. Carbone per barbecue sul ponte della sala da pranzo. La struttura può ospitare gruppi di 8 (i bambini sotto 6 anni non contano per il limite di occupazione) su 3 regine e un letto matrimoniale aerodinamico. Parcheggi fuori strada è limitata al garage 1-auto e breve vialetto di fronte.

My wife and I stumbled on Avila Beach two years ago on a weekend visit to Central Coast. We were enchanted by Avila Beach and vowed to return. We made good on that during our current trip down the CA coast as we stopped for a short stay with our adult children. This property offered stunning ocean views, comfortable beds and a very pleasant location from which to enjoy Avila Beach for a more extended stay. We especially enjoyed the quiet of April with many of the stores and venues open but very unhurried and uncrowded.

This home has such a beautiful views of the ocean. So close to all the things we wanted to do such as sycamore Hot Springs, blue Moon Café in town, walk along the beach, Avila barn, etc. Highly recommend this place.

We were stunned with the beauty, not only of the decor, but the extent of the oceanfront view from the kitchen, dining room and living room, and even one of the bedrooms. We took 4 mi. walks daily- but we loved our view so much that we only dined out on one night out of four

This was a gift to an employee and they had a wonderful time. They did mention there were no directions in the house about how to leave the property and no WIFI password. Overall had a great time.

We had a great stay. Was perfect for 3 couples. It’s def a small living space but very well appointed and has a great use of space. We were all very comfortable! The view and location were spectacular! This is our third year staying in Avila and we hope to stay here again next time!

We had a lovely family gathering in beautiful Avila beach. The views from this home are just spectacular. No one even everything inside was just as advertised and we enjoyed the whole house.

This house was nicer than we expected. It's really close (1 minute walk) to the beach and several restaurants. Highly recommend this house for a stay in Avila. We plan to come back next year.

We arrived on a Saturday and with all that was going on with Corona we welcomed the quietness. The house was amazing. Stocked with all essentials. The location was perfect. Monday morning at 7:15 am the construction started which happens to be literally right on top of the house behind. It is unfortunate because the bedroom windows are a few feet away from this. It would of been nice to know about the construction before we even booked. Not sure it would of changed our minds, but there were other properties to rent.

We enjoyed our stay so much. Just walking distance to the beach and the house is well stocked and very comfortable. The bedroom and bathroom downstairs was ideal for us as it gave us some separation for my brother and his wife that joined us.

This was an amazing house to enjoy Avila! It's right at the edge of downtown Avila and the wall of windows that look out over the ocean is priceless!!! The vacation rental company was pretty easy to work with! I will definitely be saving this rental number and rent this house again!!!!
