Benvenuti nella deliziosa San Luis Obispo - Questa casa pulita e pittoresca offre una cucina moderna con un bellissimo angolo pranzo personalizzato, ripiani in quarzo - elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile nero, piatti, posate Wusthof e ampie forniture da cucina. La zona giorno aperta ha un divano letto dotato di un letto estraibile di dimensioni standard e materasso memory foam che è il più comodo che un divano letto possa essere! Insieme a un televisore a schermo piatto da 60 "montato a parete con cavo, accesso Hulu e Netflix. Se preferisci i film, troverai un lettore DVD e film nel centro di intrattenimento. Nella prima camera da letto c'è un comodo letto matrimoniale con lenzuola morbide, comodi cuscini in piuma e un altro televisore a schermo piatto. La seconda camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e un armadio a muro. Il bagno offre una vasca e doccia, WC e doppio lavabo con ripiani e ripiani in marmo. Gli armadietti sono provvisti di eventuali spese accessorie che potresti aver dimenticato. Ampio patio posteriore con posti a sedere e barbecue sono pronti per intrattenere! Ci sono servizi di lavanderia all'interno della proprietà nella lavatrice e asciugatrice full-size garage per la vostra convenienza. Visiting our Son in SLO

This property was perfect for the 4 of us. It’s in a great neighborhood and close to downtown and has the cutest yard. The beds were comfy and everything is modern. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice, clean place in a quiet neighborhood

Really nice place for a short stay. The place was clean, appropriately appointed and worked out well. Only issue was with the plumbing/hot water. The hot water required several minutes to warm up. That means washing hands or a couple dishes was a cold water affair. Since we allowed the shower to warm up (also several minutes) and took back-to-back showers, that worked out okay but the water was barely warm enough for a tolerable shower. The issue was documented in the on-site literature but it's something that kept this from being a 5 star experience.

Nice enough but could be a little better

Nice quiet place but there are some things I thought could be improved and a big one not communicated through the ad. There is a cottage in the backyard that looks to be used full time by either the owner or other bookings. My issue is this was not mentioned in the ad at the time of booking. I happened to see a portion of it in one of the photos and asked the host about it, she was upfront about it, but it should be mentioned in the ad. If you feel like you'll have the property to yourself, you won't. The house was not clean. Floors and the area rug were dirty. The shower had stains, and when showering, the plumbing cannot keep up and fills the tub with water within a couple of minutes of use. The couch had crumbs on it like someone had just snacked there. If the host hired a maids service for the cleaning, they should demand their money back. Other than those issues it was a pleasant experience. It's a quiet neighborhood and the host is responsive. Good size kitchen, and BBQ in the backyard. Very close to downtown SLO but far enough that sound isn't an issue. It was the perfect size for our small party and one of the few houses I found to allow dogs.

Exceptional!

A+. Well stocked kitchen, great fenced yards for dogs, beautiful landscaping, comfortable living area, and close to a beautiful park, a co-op grocery store, a fun restaurant and bar, and *great* pizza. Quiet neighborhood, easy parking, a short drive to downtown, the beaches, and wineries.

Great location and house

The house was as described - very cute, newly renovated and has everything we wanted. Shared backyard was not a problem. Couldn't believe how close we were to everything - downtown dining, hikes near 101, and wineries! The house is 1/4 block off a main drag to downtown and wineries (other direction). neighborhood is older but well maintained/renovated and 2 blocks from a beautiful park.

Memorable stay @ 664 Caudill St in SLO

We had so much fun at this little house, wonderfully designed and decorated for our stay in San Luis Obispo, as the babysitters for our daughter’s bachelor and bachelorette party with all of our family. We babysat two 16 month olds had a three year old. The house is simply put together, so it was simple to move out of the way any breakables. There are very few sharp edges and corners to worry about! 😉 The back and front yards are just a dream! Beautifully landscaped, and completely fenced in, front and back. Our toddlers had so much fun! Thank you, Pauline! I took some decorating tips from you for our bed and breakfast!

Great property in a good location. Easy access to downtown and the university. Quiet and safe neighborhood. The house is clean, comfortable, well appointed and nicely upgraded. One of the best VRBO properties we have stayed in.

Wonderful San Luis Obispo Property!

We enjoyed our stay at this property immensely! It was in a great location and neighborhood. Very easy to get to downtown SLO either by car or by walking. Very close to the wineries as well. The house was very clean, updated and has everything you would need to feel at home. Wonderful front and back yard. All is fenced in, so great if you travel with pets. We were all very comfortable and hope to come back and stay again sometime. We highly recommend this property!

GREAT Location, close to everything. Quiet neighborhood

We loved staying here and will definitely be back. Everything you'd need in a home, kitchen and full laundry. The location was perfect for doing all things around SLO. Morning coffee on the porch swing was my favorite. The water pressure is unreal - so great! The property manager was super responsive too. There is a studio cottage in back too, if you're needing a smaller space. I did smell a hint of "dog" in the house (but we're dog people so it was no bother, but if you're allergic you should know this.) The master bed was pretty soft (we like a firmer mattress, so again, all preference). This place was fabulous.

Beautiful Property!

Tastefully updated home with a large deck and garden in front and back. Garden shared with a bungalow but there are private areas for both. Close to everything around SLO. No cable. Highly recommend!
