Cornerstone Cottage - Blocks Away from the Mid State Fair !!

Cornerstone Cottate è una bella casa in stile cottage, 2 camere, 2 bagni, recentemente rinnovata. Si trova a circa un miglio dal centro storico di Paso Robles. La zona del centro di Paso comprende; negozi, sale di degustazione, ristoranti, teatri e il parco del centro città. La fiera Mid-State Paso Robles è a pochi isolati di distanza. E anche Paso Horse Park è a pochi minuti di auto! Se stai visitando la zona per il nostro famoso Paso Robles Wine Counry, inizia a pochi chilometri da casa, lungo una bellissima strada, campagna, panoramica!
I nostri letti sono queen size in entrambe le camere da letto e c'è un divano letto queen size sul divano nel soggiorno. La casa si trova su un angolo interno circondato da un vecchio muro di pietra e dispone di terrazze all'aperto per il vostro divertimento. Tutti i tocchi caratteristici che ti aspetteresti in una vecchia casa con i servizi che cerchi oggi. We stayed in the adorable hilltop cottage for a long weekend to celebrate a special birthday with friends. When we arrived, we were greeted by four beautiful deer in the yard. So fun! Loved the home and our time in Paso. This is an older home and has some little nuances that come with quaint older cottages, but the character and charm were well with it. The communication and speed of response from the hosts were great and prompt, always greatly appreciated.

The Cornerstone Cottage truly felt like home away from home. Every room is so cozy. Great decor. Functional fire place for ambiance and heat, as well as air conditioners to cool the family room and bedrooms on warmer days. The kitchen is stocked with so many useful pots, pans & utensils. So appreciated! The neighborhood is so peaceful. Everything was simply perfect. Thank you!

Wonderful house in a quiet area. Overall well equipped. Walking distance to DT Paso (I disagree with previous posts that the house is not in walking distance - its only a 15-20 min no-rush walk, which is really nothing). Nice garden with frequent deer visits. Very clean. Great communication with the host. Plenty of parking space. I would definitely return!

Our timing was incredible because every day of our mid February visit was over 70 degrees. So nice to stay in a quiet neighborhood in a quant old house with nice, friendly owners. The house was spacious for a 2 bed/2 bath. Another plus was that a family of deer visited us everyday along with several very shy quail.Over 250 unique wineries and tasting rooms provide an almost unlimited source of entertainment.

Two couples slept comfortably, played cards, used the kitchen. A well-stocked kitchen made everything easy and heating/AC units in each room is effective and efficient. Great stay.

kitchen fully equipped with all you need. don’t shower at the same time.. the water temperature fluctuates dramatically. the downstairs shower is very weak. the house is quite drafty, but once you get the heaters get going it warms up. it is not really walkable to downtown. overall cute charming place would stay again. saw a cute family of deer each morning

Property is super cute & exactly as described and pictured! Its great for family or couples since the two rooms are on different floors. It allows some privacy. Comfy beds, great kitchen. Nice quiet neighborhood. And the deer!!! Such a fun bonus :) We will definitely stay again if we're in the area!

Those are real deer on the lawn. They love it here, and so did we. A comfy, charming LLBean-ish cottage, perfectly decorated and equipped. Great layout for 2 couples. The owners are attentive to comfort and communication. A+!

I thought enjoyed my stay at the cottage. I first noticed how cute the house is then I was so impressed by the cleanliness. The owners were so thoughtful and had a very informative book with clear directions and food and entertainment options. I look forward to staying here again.

Stayed 5 nights while visiting local wineries. The location was perfect. It's so well appointed that we only went out to eat once. Thank God the A/Cs worked very well—it got up to 105 while we were there. It's a lovely cottage in a nice neighborhood with deer running through the property often. We will definitely return. We loved the fact it was pet-friendly too.

The description and photos, except the back yard, were all accurate. The yard is not as photographed - not as large as it appears in the photos and furniture missing. It is also not an enclosed yard so if you have dogs you need to be mindful where they wander. Other than that, it was perfect for our needs, roomy and comfortable. The property manager was very responsive and helpful.

The cottage was impeccably clean. It was very quaint inside and out. We loved seeing the deer, nestled in the grass in the front yard. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. They had the best cooking utensils. We did not have any problems whatsoever! You could tell that the house really took pride in their home and love having guestswe would love to stay there again.

This house is adorable and I appreciate the owners maintaining the its farmhouse charm. Seem so many of these beauties are ruined with updates or replaced with neighborhood eyesores. The in town location and proximity to wineries makes it a winner for me.

Property was great! Clean, and spacious- as advertised and equipped with a/c and fans for those hot days in summer. We enjoyed the convenience of being close to the restaurants, wineries, etc. Beds were squeaky, and some vanity lights didn’t work (or at least we couldn’t easily figure out how to make them work). Overall, no major issues and we would definitely stay here again.
