“We got upgraded to a suite and it was beautiful. We stayed the night for the Marilyn Manson concert and enjoyed the pool, clubs and gambling. The staff spoiled us with snacks and turn down service. Only complaint would be the food. We weren’t aware that you need reservations for the buffet so we had to eat at the food court which was horrible. We ordered room service for breakfast and it was absolutely awful. The whole place and staff were excellent.”

“Staff rude unprofessional and when told that no service was requested at that moment the staff still entered my room when request was just for new towels and bedding and proceeded to service the room entirely for almost an entire hour. ”

“Group stayed in 3 different rooms. All 3 rooms stunk of cigarettes smell even though they said we couldn’t smoke inside. In one room the bathroom door fell of the hinges within the first 5 minutes of arriving. One room had to change the AC because it wasn’t cooling at all and the other two rooms kept the air on at lowest temperature and the highest speed for 3 days straight and it was never cool in the room. In all 3 bathrooms, the floor tiles can come right up and move around. Parking is big...

“This hotel was horrible. The room was awful. There was writing on the doors. The sheets were dirty. They had hair on them. The bathroom was filthy. The only thing good about the room with the TV. I asked the front desk for clean sheet. They said they didn’t have anymore and they didn’t move me to a new room. That was the worst motel I’ve ever stayed at.”

“Mysterious purple stain on our bedsheets upon arrival & a hole kicked into our restroom door. Our nextdoor neighbor has been checked into the hotel for more than 500 days and was screaming throughout the day and night. We did notify staff but they did not move our room or give us any compensation for the disturbance during our stay.”
