“This property was not at all where Expedia said it was. I ended up getting a message on WhatsApp and had to follow a video to get to the property. It was in a small alley and no directions. Had to use context clues to find a restaurant that was in the video and follow from there. We were waiting by the door for a while because someone had to come unlock it for us. “Beautiful grounds and gardens. View from restaurant is stunning. Private parking was so helpful and provided peace of mind. Included breakfast is excellent! Rooms are adequate, but small. Beds were ok. Conveniently located to lake side park on one side and shops on the other. Restaurant food and service is very good! One of our favorite places on Lake Atitlan”

“Poor communication to enter the property, had to wait outside for 10 minutes in the night. The owner eventually came to open the door, but calls and text were not answered. The owner was very nice and once inside was responsive to texts. The room was very pretty as well. ”
