“Parking lot hard to get out of due to Veterans avenue being a one-way street and very busy. Great air conditioning! Unfriendly staff while checking in. Didn't tell us you get 10% off as a guest at IHOP. Found that out when checking out. Otherwise room was clean. Watch out for staying on ground floor both nights were horrible with noisy person upstairs making noise between 9:30 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. complained. Not much happened obviously, they did it again the next night.”

“This was by far the most disgusting hotel experience I have ever had. The room was absolutely filthy from the moment I walked in. There was blood on the bed sheets and walls, hair in the sink, dirty towels left behind, makeup on the peep hole, stained furniture throughout the room, and rusting fixtures that made the entire place feel neglected and unsanitary. “hotel distante circa 25 miglia da san francisco. abbiamo prenotato per 2 letti queen e al check-in ci hanno detto che non avevano camere con 2 letti; alla fine dopo aver perso qualche ora di tempo ci hanno dato una camera con due letti ma adiacente ad una cabina elettrica e molto rumorosa. inoltre non esiste una sala colazione: la scarna colazione viene servita su due miseri tavoli alla reception.”
