Enjoy your vacation in this well-equipped apartment located on the 2nd floor (elevator available) of a well-maintained residential complex in a prime location in the popular Golf del Sur on the south coast of the municipality of San Miguel. In just a few minutes, you can reach the beautiful promenade and enjoy the ocean view while strolling along the marina, past the cafés, bars, and restaurants.

The 55-square-meter apartment features a living/dining area with a sleeper sofa and an armchair, a coffee table, and a TV with satellite channels. Next to it is a round glass table with four chairs for shared meals, which can be prepared in the open kitchen right next to it.

The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering (microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, 4-burner stove, oven, etc.). A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are also provided—ideal for long-term guests! You can use the internet for free via Wi-Fi.

In the bedroom, you’ll find a 180x200cm double bed, a closet, a dresser, and two small nightstands. A fan is provided to help you stay cool on warmer nights.

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub featuring a sturdy shower enclosure and an exclusive rain shower, a toilet, a bidet, and a sink with a vanity cabinet, mirror, and cosmetic mirror.

On your private, furnished sun terrace, you can relax on the sun loungers while enjoying the ocean view or start your day with a leisurely breakfast in the fresh air.

Or you can unwind by the property’s own heated pool with lounge chairs and umbrellas and simply forget about your daily routine!

The complex also features an elevator and an underground parking garage, where you can park your car for a fee of €5.00 per day.
