“AMAZINGLY customer service oriented. Bereníce, staff, SO attentive, kind & thorough. Prior to arrival, resort administrator engaged to make personalized arrangements. Wifi steady & stable. Jacuzzi a plus. For arrival, standard vehicle OK (albeit slow w potholes with some portions being unpaved roads), but 4x4 might be helpful. Highly recommend to get away from it all to chill. I travel a lot, and I would go back. ”

“The property is truly wonderful—a perfect place to find peace of mind, reset, detach, and return as a better person. I only wish I had more time to stay, perhaps even a month or two, because it’s definitely a place I plan to revisit. The commute through the resort involves quite a few hills, which at times felt like a workout, but I like to think of it as built-in cardio—almost like hiking. “This was a beautiful property! The plunge pool was delightful in the evening we would relax in it and watch the Macaws fly by. You could hear the howler monkeys in the forest; you are on the side of a mountain. The road into the community is gated and the location is very close to Torculas. ”

“lo avevamo scelto per la vicinanza al parque carara dove avremmo dovuto avvistare anche gli splendidi ara rossi. Il parco ci ha un po' delusi, così non è stato per l'hotel, immerso in un bosco. La mattina alle 6 ci siamo svegliati col richiamo di 5, 6 ara rossi e blu che hanno fatto spettacolo davanti alle noste finestre. Colazione e cena in chiave cucina locale.”
