"La camera era abbastanza pulita, pero la doccia aveva solo una tenda e non era rialzata quindi tutto il bagno si è allagato dopo pochi minuti. Comoda la navetta per l’aeroporto ma notare che ne passa 1 all’ora e bisogna prenotare il proprio posto."

"Excellent stay, with one area for improvement Overall, my stay was excellent. The property, services, and especially the staff were exceptional. A special mention goes to Nikki at the Front Desk, whose warm welcome, professionalism, and availability were outstanding. My luggage unfortunately did not arrive, and Nikki went far beyond what I would normally expect, providing exceptional support and assistance throughout the situation. Thank you, Nikki, and to the entire team, including housekeeping, for the wonderful service. The only significant issue was the elevators, particularly during the trade fair. At peak times, it could take 10–15 minutes just to go up or down, causing considerable inconvenience. As a Director in the same segment of the hospitality industry, I would offer one constructive suggestion to management: after the trade fair, a simple apology message and perhaps a small gesture, such as a 10% voucher for a future stay, would have been a thoughtful way to acknowledge the inconvenience. Even a brief explanation that this was an exceptional situation would have made a difference. Unfortunately, around 90% of my colleagues said they would not return because of this experience, which I find a real shame, as the property, services, and staff were otherwise excellent.
