FANTASTIC apartment with modern style.
On a third floor with elevator inside a newly built modern residential with pool and jacuzzi, where you will find everything you need to make your stay an unforgettable memory.
The space
Spectacular and modern one bedroom apartment with kitchen.
Guest access
Totally private and independent accommodation. Guests will have access to all areas in the apartment and also to the garden in the residential area, the pool and the public jacuzzi.
Other things to note
HOT WATER:
The apartment has hot water and to get it, before entering the switch with a white lever.
It is enough to turn it on 10/15 minutes before showering (you will notice the red light on when it is on) and once finished please remember to turn it off to avoid burning the heater resistance.
