prenotato executive floor pagando 60 eur extra x lounge e terrazza che non esiste più da oltre un anno.
Prenotato con colazione che in realtà non c'e' ovvero viene dato un voucher da 24$ che non consente una colazione completa e nemmeno un caffè (6$ extra) quando ovunque negli US il caffè viene offerto.
Pessima esperienza!”

Molto lenti per fare il check in, camere non pronte all'orario previsto e gente accalcata alla reception.
Ti bloccano sulla carta 80 dollari a notte, e questo non è riportato nelle note durante la prenotazione.
Colazione completamente da rivedere..... Pessima qualità e mancava il rifornimento, se ti rechi entro le 8 qualcosa mangi, oltre quell'orario non mangi nulla!
Camera non pulitissima, pavimento appiccicoso e moquette sporca
