Very clean, everyone is very nice we have been staying here every time I come to El Salvador. The only thing I don’t like that much is that at breakfast you serve almost the same thing every morning, but the food is good. Love your cleaning Lady Norma and all the staff ❤️

Entregaron la habitación con jabones usados, el aire acondicionado no sirve y nos dejaron esperando un control que nunca llegó y al llamar a recepción no contestan y actúan como que no les importa. A las 22:40 nos ofrecen cambiarnos de habitación (ya en pijama y las maletas vacías! (Venimos 4 días) Terrible, terrible!

It could be better
Se stayed for two nights. The breakfast was good. The towels were very old and the sheets had stains on it. The hotel does not offer much information about things to do around the city for foreigners like us. The tap water is not drinkable, but they have no signs about it and no one in the staff warned us
