“Excellent hotel, especially for the price point. The hotel entrance itself is quite discreet, making it hard to initially find but it adds to the feeling of security and privacy. There is a fridge stocked with water that is always welcome on warm days, a terrace with some plants and a decent view. “The property itself and the rooms are lovely and comfortable. There is a nice breakfast included and the location is excellent, just a block from the main plaza. The staff is accommodating and pleasant. The only bad experience I had was i did not have hot water in my room and although i was told they would fix it, in a 3 day stay, they never did. Overall, a good pick for downtown Oaxaca. ”

El personal siempre nos dio un súper buen trato y desde el inicio están dispuestos a ayudarte, resolver y orientarte. Es una casa antigua, pocas habitaciones, por lo que podría parecer para algunos limitada en servicios, pero en general nos gustó mucho. Nos sentíamos seguras y como en casa. ”

“L'abergo aveva confermato la camera con letto queen esteriore e ci siamo trovati un letto matrimoniale con possizione interna. La finestra apriva ad un corredoio. Dicevano che potevano confermarlo in base alla disponibilitá. La richiesta era stata fatta 2 mesi prima. Pessimo servizio al cliente! Ci sono opzioni migliori in zona”
