  • Questo spettacolare appartamento si trova al secondo piano di un caratteristico edificio in pietra arenaria di fronte alla Cattedrale del Buen Pastor. L'edificio si trova nella zona pedonale attorno alla Cattedrale del Buen Pastor e ai suoi giardini. L'edificio ha un ascensore e l'appartamento è stato completamente rinnovato nell'aprile 2019.

    Lo spazio dispone di 3 camere da letto con due letti singoli ciascuna, 3 bagni completi, due dei quali con bagno privato e una cucina design aperto. La cucina ha elettrodomestici di fascia alta e si affaccia sulla grande sala da pranzo e soggiorno. L'appartamento si distingue anche per i suoi soffitti molto alti. I bei balconi francesi si affacciano su Calle Urbieta. Ha il riscaldamento per i mesi invernali e l'aria condizionata per l'estate. Ha anche la connessione Wi-Fi gratuita.

    La posizione è perfetta per praticamente tutto a San Sebastian. Sia la migliore zona dello shopping, la città vecchia, i bar e i ristoranti, sia la spiaggia La Concha, tutto è a pochi passi di distanza.

Perfect perfect location. Hosts so helpful kitchen fully equipped grocery stores and high end food everywhere. Cafes nearby were great. Overall the best I’ve stated at. San Sabastin is my #1 bucket list after my third visit and the rental is also #1

Perfect location

This is a very well maintained, modern property in an ideal location. There was not much supplied in the kitchen or bathrooms compared with other places we have stayed but we enjoyed a great week here and would recommend to other travellers.

Piso muy bien situado y totalmente reformado, bien equipado con 3 baños. Detalle de poner jabones y gel hidroalcoholico en todos los baños Las toallas de ducha pueden ser un poco más grandes

Bien Pastor 3

Modern design with classic elements made the 2nd floor interior perfect. Everything in the apartment functioned perfect. High end finishings everywhere. No clothes drier, but hang drying clothes on the balconies is part of the experience. Neighborhood perfect, right on the cathedral square, a few minute walk to beach or old town pinxots. Best market in town half a block away.

Apartamento perfecto

Ubicación perfecta. Tamaño, habitaciones, baños, estado, limpieza, en general, todo perfecto. Mesa de comedor pequeña para 6 personas. Las llaves de la puerta de acceso al edificio funcionan muy mal, hay que hacer bastante juego para poder abrir. El primer día no lo sabíamos y pensábamos que nos habíamos equivocado de dirección.

la ubicación, la decoración, la limpieza Nos quedamos sin electricidad en el apartamento, reporte el incidente desde temprano y salimos a pasear, y cuando regresamos a las 7pm aun estabamos sin electricidad. Finalmente al transcurrir las horas pudieron resolver. Cuando hice el check in online realice varias preguntas que no me respondieron, mejor es que no pongan ese campo para comentarios y preguntas para que el huesped haga sus preguntas a traves de otro canal.

LLevamos tres años pasando los días de Navidad en el mismo apartamento y estamos muy satisfechos. Tan solo hay algo que opinamos los seis miembros de la familia y que es importante para poder descansar bien. Las almohadas son tan blandas que es como si no hubiera. Nos ponemos los cojines debajo para poder dormir pero es muy incómodo y no descansamos bien. Es fundamental contar con buenas almohadas. Dado el nivel del apartamento merece la pena invertir en ello. Por lo demás, muy bien.

Sobresaliente con algunas cosas a revisar

Muy buena localización, limpieza, encontramos el apartamento igual de bien que el año pasado. Hay un fallo en la instalación eléctrica y la luz del baño de la entrada se enciende cada vez que se enciende la luz en alguno de los otros baños de las habitaciones, y cuando estás están apagadas funciona correctamente. El colchón o el somier de la cama más cercana a la puerta en la habitación de dos camas necesita una revisión porque se hunde hacia el medio y es muy incómodo. Para estancias tan largas deberían ofrecer un servicio a mitad de estancia de cambio de menaje (tosllas, sábanas, etc.)

Clean & Good Location

Overall We Enjoyed our Stay, Loved San Sebastian! Buen Pastor III - Positives; Clean, Easy Check-In & Communication with Rental Agency, Close to Everything Negatives; Outside Entry to Building Key Issues with Lock Entire Stay. First day, we couldn't get in the building, key wasn't working so Agency ran over another set of keys, but still had issues daily. Bedding Mattress Pads have Plastic Liners & both the Sheet & Mattress Pad Elastic Bands worked their way off the mattresses every night. Pillows were so thin you needed to use several for comfort. We ended up leaving a few days earlier than planned due to all adults not sleeping comfortably on beds.

I would absolutely stay at this location again in the future and would highly recommend it.

The location of this stay was remarkable. We were within walking distance to every experience we planned during our stay. Communication from Rentals collection was as expected. We did have a power outage. Locating the contact information was easy and when calling our questions were answered promptly and return calls for explanation and/or more clarification questions was appreciated. Two items that caused us concern was accessing the building with the keys was a challenge. A resident in the building provides us with tips to using the key! (Insert and slightly pull it back then turn) The AC leaked. We did not know for several days that the couch was getting soaked. We rearranged the furniture and monitored the water draining from the AC.

Could have been 5-star

This rental could have been a 10, but advertising that the apartment is air conditioned and then having only one air conditioner in the main area for a three bedroom unit is unacceptable. In addition, the AC unit was broken, dripping water constantly, requiring towels and a bucket underneath which displaced the sofa and left the wall trim warped. All night, we would hear the dripping constantly. It was clear that this has been a problem for a while, yet a service call wasn’t done during the week we were there. Lastly, the internet was spotty at best and very frustrating to use for business. Internet service was much better in the Verona unit. Fix the AC, add AC units in at least 2 of the bedrooms, ensure internet covers the bedrooms and is more reliable and the apartment is a 10.

Nice but…

We enjoyed the location and walking distance from the restaurants and beach. The views were nice and the place was clean. However, for the price… The wifi was extremely slow and unusable. The front door jammed. There was no check in during our stay from the staff. The hallway bathroom and toilet seat were broken. The shower stall overflowed every time we showered. The bathroom light remained on. The shower door jammed in the second bedroom. The power constantly went out. The upstairs neighbors were constantly noisy. The elevator was broken. Netflix was not offered (even though significantly less expensive places offer this as a complimentary service). There was no dish soap to wash dishes. There was no complimentary water (we stayed at another less expensive place that offered this, a complimentary bottle of champagne and box of chocolates upon arrival

Perfect in every way

This property was in an ideal location and totally comfortable for 4 adults. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go including the bus station. It’s rare to find a 3 bedroom, 3 bath apartment and the management was very accommodating. We can’t think of one thing we would change.

Great location and clean and bright apartment.

Great location and perfect for 3 couples having there own bedroom and bathroom. The only negative was there was no condiments, such as salt and pepper and coffee. Would stay here again.

Great apartment

The apartment was very clean, spacious and well designed. It's well located, an easy walk to old town and restaurants and bars. I highly recommend it. The only complain was the lack of instructions of how to get into the apartment. We arrived late at night. Key pick up at office was easy, getting into the building was easy. But once we got inside the building, it took us a long time to figure out which apartment was our rental as there were no signs or apartment numbers posted on the any door. We fumbled around for at least 1/2 hour, going up and down different floors and tried to open every door. We finally opened a plain white door on 2nd floor (we thought it was a utility closet since it was dark inside and the door has no name or key hole) and found 2 more doors. We tried our keys again and finally located the right apartment. Looking back, we were surprised no one came out and yelled at us as we made so much noise trying to open every single door. A simple instruction note of what floor to go to, clearly marked apartment numbers/names on doors etc. will make checking in a much easier task.
