MASKORTXO è un appartamento appena ristrutturato con spettacolari viste sulla baia della Concha. È idealmente situato proprio nel mezzo della baia, nel pieno centro di Donostia-San Sebastián, e tutte le camere da letto e il soggiorno hanno vista sul mare. Dispone di 2 camere doppie, soggiorno con un divano letto, cucina e 2 bagni completi, potendo ospitare un totale di 5 ospiti. La disposizione dei letti è la seguente:

Accommodation clean and safe, sofa needs replacing, Wi-Fi code different to paperwork in the apartment phones manager to get new one. Apartment comes with underground parking and very tight to get in. Apartment half way up the hill overlooking the bay and town lovely views

While the location was excellent, the property was substandard both with amenities and the attentiveness of the host. It was almost as if we were inconveniencing him with questions/concerns. The keys didn't work half the time, the bedding and linen was terrible, and the condo was not sufficiently stocked with even the basics. Dish soap was non existent, towels were scarce and of the lowest quality possible. There was also a persistent musty odor in the lobby and the unit. I have stayed in many VRBOs, and this was the worst experience I have ever had. I will NEVER be back.

Good location for visiting San Sebastián, although a fair walk into the old town.Well equipped, clean and great views. No on-site parking so you have to use parking machines outside daily. Convenient to have a washing machine, however no tumble dryer or airer.

Perfect location! Apartment needs better kitchen equipment. Linnen was not up to standard and threadbare with holes. Expected more as it was an expensive stay.

On the positive side, the apartment is well located with a gorgeous view. Access is easy with a lift and wide staircase. Check in and checkout was easy. However, the apartment had an overpowering damp, musty smell. Furniture and appliances were shabbier than they appeared in the pictures. One of our group had a nap and woke up with a spider bite on their arm. We looked up and realised there were cobwebs above the bed. That person decided to check into a hotel and did not stay at the apartment again. Overall we would not stay here again.

Overall a good property for the price. Comms good, location perfect, beautiful view and twenty minute stroll to old town. Only criticisms are poor quality towels and no welcome pack. A few basics on arrival would have been much appreciated. Otherwise good and would recommend.

We traveled with my parents and the property was perfect for us with one en suite bedroom and another with 2 beds. The property was modern and clean with views of La concha from all rooms. Key pickup is a bit away from the property but worked pretty well for us we had a car. The property is just under a mile from old town. It worked for us as we’re all fit and like to walk but this could be a consideration for others. We loved the views from this property and would definitely return.

We had a wonderful vacation in this fantastic apartment. The apartment is spacious, well appointed, and in a perfect location with a gorgeous view of the bay! The Basque Stay property managers were very helpful during check-in and promptly assisted us. We would highly recommend this apartment and plan to come again. Thanks for a great stay.
