  • Splendida vista sull'oceano! Rustico con un tocco nautico è il tema di questa spettacolare casa OCEAN FRONT. Essendo una delle case sull'oceano originale, ti godrai la vera atmosfera della vecchia Cambria. Questa spaziosa casa su un unico livello ha due camere da letto, tre bagni e si trova sulla scogliera che si estende più lontano in Cambria, offrendo così una vista libera su e giù lungo la costa. Guarda le balene, i delfini e altre specie marine mentre sorseggi un bicchiere di vino sull'ampio ponte. Le aree soggiorno e sala da pranzo hanno anche una vista sull'oceano in modo da poter essere accogliente vicino al camino e guardare il mare in continua evoluzione nelle giornate invernali più fresche. Nella camera da letto principale, apri il dispositivo di scorrimento rivolto verso il mare e rilassati con una tazza di caffè e prendi il sole e l'aria fresca del mattino. La casa ha anche un bel recinto di 6 'attorno al grande cortile, offrendoti un'esperienza molto privata.

Magnificent views from this vintage property with the deepest shag carpets I’ve ever met. This house had great energy and was clearly well loved by its owners. Well equipped kitchen and a spacious garage to keep the car. Management was responsive even over the holiday (a storm knocked down a branch onto the power line into the house!). We’d love to come back.

Gorgeous location

We had a wonderful stay in Cambria. The house is in an amazing location with fabulous views. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay.

It’s all about the view

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay as we always do when we come to Cambria. The staff at Breen was so friendly and helpful which was very nice. The house itself is just as described , Old. The only real thing going for it is the tremendous view. We will always return to Cambria but maybe a different house next time

So relaxing and fun to cook with friends in the large kitchen and the panoramic window view is a blessing with views of the sunset. This is our 3rd time here and we love it. There are lots of fun things to do in town and the surrounding area. We love to stay here just enjoy the beauty of nature. Outstanding hiking trail close by. The house is vintage but really adds to the charm. Highly recommend.

Breathtaking views, well appointed linens and beds, hot hot water. Yes it's dated, yes it's musty but the neighborhood, the history, the architecture, the big old soft couch facing the ocean for morning coffee...we hope to come back every Father's Day as long as it's available.

Listing was very accurate for description of property. Although older and not updated it was well maintained and clean. Excellent ocean views, better than others we have had in Cambria previously. Viewing of dolphins, sea lions and sea otters the best! Wish the property could accommodate more than 4 people, but will definitely recommend.

The location is without a doubt the best on the central coast in our opinion. The house was perfectly set up for us. The ocean view was beyond perfect. We are looking forward to our next opportunity to enjoy this amazing location.

The view is spectacular!

The home is very comfortable. Listening to the ocean waves lulled us to sleep each night. Every morning we enjoyed watching the pelicans, cormorants, otters or seals flying/swimming by. The kitchen is well equipped though we preferred trying the local restaurants since we were on vacation. Hope to come back!

Wish the fireplace worked. We got the patio chair cushions the day we checked out.

We loved the view and openness of the home. It was a little chilly because the heat wasn’t great. Great location to walk every day!!

Stayed here before and would again

Let’s be honest, this is an OLD house, needs a lot of updating but we knew all that because the view can’t be beat, and great area to walk. The bed was very comfy and it had everything we needed and the staff at Breen were great to work with. The weather was stormy and rainy almost the entire time but we still had fun.

Thankful to stay here in my favorite house in Cambria once again! Close to walk to Fiscalini as well! It's all about the views if you love the ocean! Clean house + comfortable King bed! So glad the blinds in bedroom were changed to long curtains as they were getting difficult to operate! Breen and Jackie always enjoyable to see and helpful if need anything! Thx for a wonderful stay! Dining on the deck when warm and inside if cool makes no difference, great views either way! We love to pick up sandwiches at Sandys on Main St and sit on deck to eat. Can't wait for next time!

Beautiful location and comfortable home

Renting Titus Point was such a wonderful experience. The home was clean and comfortable and had a nice size kitchen stocked with all your basic necessities. The beds were comfortable and had nice pillows and bedding. The area was quiet and very close to town. The best feature by far is the spectacular view. We enjoyed watching the sunset with a glass of wine and watching the birds and other sea life while having morning coffee. A highlight was watching a seal swim around hunting for food. Definitely going back again and again.
