“Clean and well equipped, appears recently remodeled. Did not use pool due to continuing remodeling in other units, which other than limiting guest parking was not a noise issue. Great access to beach and other amenities. Single bdrm unit so no wash/dry, but found great laundry mat 1 mile south. Would recommend and would return.”

“Very clean room- with one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on! The decor was so fun! The owner was very nice. We were unable to stay for breakfast- but she was making Eggs Benedict that day. The location is great- so many shops and restaurants around and a short walk down to the beach!! She has beach supplies available for use by guests as well. We fell in love with this area, and definitely plan to come back again and stay at the Inn On The Avenue!!!”

“Started 3 nights sitting break 2026. Great place! Perfect location. Great parking- yes you have to pay, so what. Great rooms with big bath, big bedrooms and a hallway to living/kitchen. Baiting is good enough. Would be better if there was a continental breakfast. I would recommend and stay again anytime. ”
