“The hotel is clean and housekeeping amazing. Spotless room and they deserve props! Upon check in I was handed a key and no further information on the property. It wasn’t bad service, it was basic like I was expected to already know where the elevator was or where I should park. If that makes sense. I’m just used to other hotels telling me basic info like that upon check in. There was a little piece of paper with your key that tells you the breakfast time and amenity hours. Not a big deal....

“The hotel itself was nice, just as pictured & conveniently located, served its purpose. The room was nice a bit larger than expected & beautiful river view however to be a newer I was surprised that our initial room smelled like mildew/mold. The smell came from the bathroom which was right by the entrance so soon as you walk in it hit you. I believe due to the showers not having doors the water escapes into the flooring or somewhere. They graciously gave us another room which was better smell...

“Struttura non recentissima ma comunque ben tenuta. Molto periferica raggiungibile solo con l'auto. Nei dintorni presente comunque un ristorante per la cena con personale simpatico. Inclusa nel prezzo una colazione a buffet. Presente una lavanderia per gli ospiti che è stata molto utile. Personale alla reception molto cordiale e disponibile. Parcheggio incluso nel prezzo. Consigliato.”

“The best value in Albany with free parking. Everything updated and a wonderful free Breakfast. The room rates start at a very affordable rate. Very short drive to the center of Albany. Park at lot next to The First church o fAlbany. Two dollars an hour. Try The Hollow Restaurant. Love it!”

“Inexpensive and furniture and bathroom in disrepair. Bad odor and useful that could open the windows. Not good soundproofing. No real blankets on the bed. The first room that was assigned to was supposedly a non-smoking room and it reeked of cigarettes and the couch cushion was slashed. We were able to get a different room which was better.”

“Overall, it was good for what I needed. The room was a bit outdated and not the cleanest. There was a burnt hole in the comforter and someone had left an umbrella by the window, which makes me think they don’t thoroughly clean the rooms.”
