“We came to Sandpoint to help out as volunteers for the Lost in the Fifties weekend. This was a perfect place to stay because we could walk to town and enjoy all the events. The “Sandpoint Cottage” was a great place to stay and the owners were great at communicating and responding to any questions that we had. We highly recommend this gem!”

“My wife and I went to Sandpoint for a mini vacation. The rental was fantastic and a great place to relax after a day of exploring the town. Ryan was a great host and friendly when we crossed paths. He was very responsive to any questions we had as well. Would definitely stay again if ever in town.”

“This was the perfect place for our stay. The apartment is seemingly brand new and very well appointed. All the amenities one could need and more, especially a washer and dryer! The neighbor is cute and quiet and walking distance to downtown Sandpoint. Great communication with the owners. You can't go wrong here.”

“I was impressed with the property owner? / manager? I hadn't heard about some of the check-in details and was a little nervous. I sent an email and had a response in less than 10 minutes with all of the details I needed as well as contact information for when I was on the road. It is a nice place and I really appreciated the quick response.”

“Our family really enjoyed our stay at this adorable house. The space was super clean and updated. Robin left us all kinds of treats and goodies. The space is a downstairs apartment with 2 other units above. We really enjoyed meeting the neighbors. We were able to walk to the lake a few blocks over and it is a walkable distance to all the downtown restaurants and City Beach. I would recommend contacting the host directly for any listing questions. We were very satisfied and will return again!...

“We loved our stay, it was exactly what we wanted. The host was great and accommodating. The only suggestion we have would be a pantry cabinet or something like that. We like to "move in" at our rentals, and didn't really have room for our food in the cabinets, so we kept most of our food in one of our travel boxes. Not a huge deal, wouldn't keep us from coming back.”

“This place exceeded our expectations! Very private and so cozy. The place is super clean and comfy. The owners literally thought of everything-scones, beer/wine, chocolates, bathrobes, firewood…everything was honestly perfect. We enjoyed a fire at night and had some deer visitors. Great location for hiking and restaurants. Great communication and we were even able to check in early. We have stayed at a lot of VRBOs and this was our favorite. Book it!!!”

“This is fairly nice place to stay. We liked the location, the amount of space and it was generally nice. However, we felt like price we paid was a bit premium for the lackluster service provided by vacasa. For example, we were only provided 2 dishwasher packs for 5 days and were told vacasa is not a hotel by their service and we had to buy our own. We also informed vacasa of a slow leak from the top shower down into the bunk room and they told us to simply put a towel in the bunk room before it...
