  • LA COMUNITÀ

    Seasons at Sandpoint è una comunità privata sul lungolago gestita professionalmente composta da 1, 2 e 3 camere da letto e case a schiera con 5 camere da letto. Si trova nella suggestiva città di Sandpoint, direttamente sulle rive del più grande lago dell'Idaho, il lago Pend Oreille, lungo 43 miglia. La città è inoltre circondata da tre grandi catene montuose, le catene Selkirk, Cabinet e Bitterroot che offrono viste spettacolari tutto l'anno.

    C'è una club house situata in posizione centrale, conosciuta anche come The Retreat, dove il nostro staff vi accoglierà calorosamente nella proprietà e vi mostrerà il vostro condominio o residenza cittadina. Sono anche più che felici di consigliare attività locali per rendere il vostro soggiorno indimenticabile come trekking, sci, golf, equitazione, mostre d'arte, spettacoli musicali, ristoranti, antiquariato, shopping, ecc. Ci sono anche molti servizi da godere direttamente nella proprietà, tra cui la Wildflower Spa at Seasons, piscina esterna riscaldata, vasca idromassaggio, spiaggia privata, pozzi del fuoco, sale da pranzo all'aperto, centro fitness e un porto turistico con scivoli per barche disponibili per l'affitto.


    LA MARINA

    La proprietà è situata direttamente sulla costa del massiccio del lago Pend Oreille di 86.000 acri. Abbiamo un porticciolo privato con 80 scivoli completo di un mastro marinaio per assisterti nella preparazione di una bella giornata sul lago. Puoi ormeggiare la tua barca durante il tuo soggiorno con noi o semplicemente noleggiarla presso una compagnia locale. Possiamo sicuramente raccomandare alle aziende che noleggiano tutti i tipi di imbarcazioni, inclusi kayak, paddleboard, barche da sci, wave runner e pontoni. I noleggi di barche sono limitati nei mesi estivi, quindi assicurati di prenotare il tuo quando prenoti un condominio o una residenza cittadina.



    LA PISCINA E LA TUBA CALDA

    La piscina all'aperto riscaldata sul lago e la vasca idromassaggio sono al centro della comunità, direttamente di fronte alla club house. Sono aperti tutto l'anno, quindi è possibile rinfrescarsi durante i mesi estivi o riscaldarsi dopo una divertente giornata invernale di sci a Schweitzer Mountain.


    SPIAGGIA PRIVATA

    La nostra spiaggia privata ti permette di nuotare nel lago e giocare nella sabbia senza dover lasciare la proprietà. Il nostro staff può anche aiutarti a costruire un incendio sulla spiaggia sul lago la sera, permettendoti di rilassarti e goderti tutta la bellezza della natura alla fine della giornata.


    AREE DA PRANZO AL FRESCO

    Disponiamo di sale da pranzo all'aperto complete di grigliate e posti a sedere in modo da poter gustare un delizioso pasto con la famiglia e gli amici mentre ammirate le viste meravigliose. Puoi prenotare incrementi di 2 ore con il nostro personale prima del tuo arrivo o al momento del check-in.


    I RESIDENZE

    Abbiamo una varietà di residenze di diverse dimensioni disponibili per l'affitto, tra cui condomini con 1, 2 e 3 camere da letto e case a schiera con 5 camere da letto. Ogni residenza ha una pianta aperta e balconi privati con vista sul lago. Sono completamente arredati con biancheria, spugna, pentole, stoviglie e lavatrice / asciugatrice.

    Questo appartamento con 3 camere da letto può ospitare fino a 7 persone con un letto king-size nella camera da letto principale, un letto queen-size nella seconda camera da letto e un letto a castello nella terza camera da letto con un materasso full-size sul fondo e un materasso doppio nella parte superiore. Ci sono due bagni completi, il bagno principale è privato.

Walking into the property for the first time and seeing a view of the lake is something we will never forget! The Seasons is a great location right next to City Beach. NOTE - the private beach has better sand than the city beach! We learned that if we ask the property manager they would start a bonfire for us to make s'mores! Every person we met at the Seasons (owners or renters) were very friendly and welcoming! Oru littel girls loved the place, and we will be back! Thanks for everything!

Beautiful lakeside condo close to town

Really enjoyed this condo and location. Clean and comfortable. With a nice sized balcony that we took advantage of. Right at the edge of the lake and within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Loved having a designated parking spot. The spot assigned is right next to a pole but we were able to carefully back into it with a large pickup. The garage clearance is 7’ so no problem for large vehicles. I very much appreciated the normal bedding with a sheet, blanket and fully encased duvet. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

While we understand that vacation rentals are a bit difficult to keep up, but the basics such as clean carpet, rugs and floors, working TV’s and internet access should be the standard. We’ll come back but perhaps a different unit?

Beautiful Condo!

This condo is absolutely beautiful, very clean and spacious. We did stay for several days and the coffee maker was broken on arrival, they never fixed it or brought a new one. They did say they would. Overall it was a great place and we would definitely come back. The staff at the main building were so accommodating and friendly!

Fully stocked kitchen, unbelievably comfy beds, giant tv in the living room and bedrooms, ample space, high end everything, and the most incredible view in Sandpoint. We felt like we were living at the 4 Seasons Resort. I can not recommend this condo and the whole Seasons complex enough. Pool, hot tub, gym, private beach and marina, walking distance to town; this exclusive community has it all. Elite Alliance was super easy to work with throughout our stay. We are sad to leave this little paradise.

We tried using air fresheners but it didn’t helpvermuch. The oder was so strong thT when we got home we could still smell it on our suitcases and other belongings.we couldn’t believe that it would in bed it self onto our belongings.I love to eat curry,but not smell it in a condo or on should definitely be a concern for the owners if they are trying to rent this unit.We love seasons at Sandpoint and have been coming the last 3 years and we will definitely be back,but not in this unit 7205!

We enjoyed the quiet condo with lovely furnishings! The beds were very comfortable and the furniture seemed very new. Lots of dishes and pots and pans helped us prepare a meal as well. We went swimming, walked to restaurants and enjoyed kayaking in the beautiful lake. It was a relaxing weekend! Thank you very much!
