Welcome to your perfect lake escape, a grand waterfront retreat nestled in Sandpoint’s prestigious Ponder Point neighborhood.

This extraordinary home is one of the newest additions to our portfolio, offering an unforgettable stay on the shores of Lake Pend Oreille. Thoughtfully designed with luxurious finishes and timeless mountain elegance, this 10,000-square-foot estate is ideal for large families, multi-generational groups, reunions, and retreats seeking both space and comfort in an unbeatable setting.

Just minutes from downtown Sandpoint, the home is perfectly located for year-round enjoyment. Inside, you’ll find seven beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite bathroom, offering a restful haven for every guest. The layout includes three distinct living areas, providing plenty of room to spread out, relax, and reconnect. The main living room boasts soaring wood-paneled ceilings, a dramatic antler chandelier, and a wood-burning fireplace, creating the perfect ambiance for cozy evenings together.

A sleek glass-and-steel staircase leads to a second gathering space featuring a custom entertaining bar, a gas fireplace, and a private patio overlooking the water. A telescope invites you to take in the stars or enjoy the peaceful lake and mountain views by day or night.

At the heart of the home is a chef’s kitchen, fully equipped with double ovens, two full-size refrigerators, and plenty of counter space for preparing everything from casual snacks to holiday dinners. Adjacent are two large dining tables, perfect for gathering over meals, playing games, or sharing stories. Step out onto the lakeview balcony, where comfortable seating and a BBQ grill make outdoor dining a breeze.

The primary suite is a true sanctuary. Step out onto your private balcony for morning coffee with a view, or unwind in the massage-capable king bed, gently vibrating at the touch of a remote to help melt stress away. The spa-inspired ensuite bathroom features a jetted soaking tub, a walk-in steam shower with a rainfall shower head, and a spacious walk-in closet, offering total comfort and privacy.

Upstairs, a private home theater provides the ultimate movie-night experience. Tucked away in its own wing, this sound-optimized space features plush velvet-padded walls, a 70" screen TV, and two rows of luxurious leather recliners making it perfect for an evening film, a weekend game, or a family binge-watch session.

Outdoors, the experience continues with direct lake access, a private dock with a boat lift, and a beautiful lawn area for lounging or lakeside fun. Whether you’re paddling out, soaking up the sunrise, or stargazing by the water, every moment here invites relaxation and connection with nature.

For guests who like to stay active, the garage has been converted into a private home gym, fully equipped with free weights, a treadmill, and a boxing bag. (Please note, vehicle parking is not available in the garage due to the gym setup.)

Conveniently located near Schweitzer Mountain Resort, the home offers easy access to skiing and snowboarding in the winter, and hiking, biking, and boating all summer long. Traveling with your furry friend? This home is pet-friendly for up to 2 dogs with an additional $125 pet fee.

**Note:  Each year, on September 18th OR the 3rd Sunday in September (whichever is later), the Army Corps of Engineers begins dropping the water level of Lake Pend Oreille until ultimately reducing it by a total of 10-12 feet.  Around the 4th week in September ALL boat docks and boat lifts on the lake become inaccessible and unusable, as the water completely recedes back from the shoreline leaving just bare ground beneath the docks.  The agreement with the Army Corps of Engineers states the lake level must be restored to full pool level each year no later than July 4th, however, the last 10+ years the lake water has been at full pool level around the 2nd or 3rd week in June.

We had a great time at this property! Beautiful home, well stocked kitchen, clean and great views! Property manager was easy to work with and very helpful. There were no chairs for down by the water and they brought some when we arrived. Only recommendation would be providing some umbrellas or some sort of sunshade by the dock as the area is in the sun most of the day. Highly recommend!
