  • Il Residence 131 è uno dei due soli condomini dell'intero complesso Seasons che ha accesso diretto al parco dal lanai. Direttamente fuori dal cancello di lanai e giù per le scale c'è il barbecue, l'erba, la spiaggia e il porto turistico - e non dimentichiamo la vasca idromassaggio e la piscina! Non urlare di nuovo al condominio per buttare giù le spezie o il cavatappi dimenticati. Lascia che i bambini vadano e vengano, e tienili d'occhio dal lanai senza dover recitare da e verso il condominio.

    La cucina è ben attrezzata, dai bicchieri di vino Riedel alle posate Henckels, con stile e arte contemporanei, il condominio è comodamente invitante. Essendo un'unità terminale, ha finestre aggiuntive che consentono più luce naturale e ventilazione incrociata. C'è un profondo re della tasca nel master, una regina nella seconda camera da letto (entrambi arredati con piumini) e un divano nel soggiorno che si ripiega in un vero letto matrimoniale. Nessun materasso grumoso e barre che restringono la schiena. Recupera la biancheria da letto dal pouf cocktail jumbo, quindi arrotolalo per aprire il divano letto. Questo condominio dispone anche di lavatrice / asciugatrice, accesso a un garage sotterraneo, WiFi gratuito, TV via cavo, Smart TV LED da 55 pollici con audio surround home theater e collegamento lettore DVD / MP3 / iPod / iPhone nel soggiorno , una TV HD da 37 pollici con un lettore DVD nel master e una TV da 24 pollici con un lettore DVD nella seconda camera da letto. La poltrona reclinabile oversize ti invita a sederti e rilassarti - e ti invitiamo a restare e divertirti!

    Il Residence 131 è vicino all'inizio del complesso, più vicino alla breve passeggiata per il centro di Sandpoint, ristoranti, gallerie e la famosa City Beach. Il lago Pend Oreille è letteralmente proprio fuori! Il porto turistico offre il noleggio di scivoli in barca per le vostre giornate di pesca e sci nautico e siete già nel centro di Sandpoint per godervi tutti i ristoranti. Le vicine montagne offrono bellissimi sentieri escursionistici per i tipi all'aria aperta, e c'è anche passeggiate a cavallo disponibili attraverso Mountain Horse Adventures. Quando il lago si congela, sarai a breve distanza dagli impianti di risalita di Schweitzer Mountain Resort.

Fabulous!

A fabulous place! We stayed over a week for a ski trip - very convenient to ski and to go into town. Condo was beautiful! And very clean Nice hottub in the next building. Loved that we could walk into town Staff was very helpful

Loved our stay in Sandpoint. Customer service was flawless from start to finish! Beautiful condo. Swimming in the pool and hot tub during winter was fantastic! We will be back!

It had everything we needed and more. The towels were so soft I ordered a set for home. There is a train nearby that travels by frequently, but surprisingly is not that disruptive in the condo. Would stay here again with no hesitation.

The location was great, however the busy railroad right behind the building was very loud, especially at night in the back bedroom. The rest of the experience more than made up for the disturbance, and we loved staying there. The staff was helpful and kind. The short walk to downtown restaurants was great and the Condo amenities were wonderful! We would definitely stay again and just bring sound machines to help with the noise from the trains.

Very friendly place. We would come again. The only negative is the rate was a bit high since it seemed to be in low season and the cleaning cost and fees are high. I can see summer for lake activity and winter for mountain activities it would be a premium location, but it was very quiet when we visited. We loved the coffee available in the main room at Seasons. All in all - great place. There is a lot of train traffic behind. If you are a light sleeper, that may be an issue.

Friendly people, beautiful location and a wonderful pool and hot tub. The price was a reasonable listing but the the final cost was over $2,200.00 for three nights. I think that is a mistake and am waiting for a correction or at least correspondence. The train going by multiple times was noisy and a surprise. Thank you.

The curb appeal is fantastic, the grounds are kept so clean. You are an easy walk to the middle of town with several shops and eateries. The real treat is when you enter the condo and find out how spacious and accommodating it is. The view is gorgeous and relaxing. We would definitely reserve this condo again.

Excellent everything! This place is awesome! 10/10

This place was absolutely perfect. The condo was clean, cozy, and spacious. We booked for two nights but solely from the experience at the condo it made us wish we could stay much longer. Everything about the space was great—from the comfortable beds to the outdoor deck and bathrooms. The accessibility to the beach and dock as well as hot tub/pool was really nice (in addition to the close proximity to downtown area). This was absolutely amazing and we look forward to coming back!

The front desk person was awesome. And showed me around the club house to ensure I knew exactly where everything was. The condo was almost spotless. Overall, very nice, incredible view out the windows and great location on the corner of the building! Plenty of kitchen utilities and Everything we needed to cook up dinner and breakfast after we headed to the store, just a short drive away. Finally, check-out was perfect as well as we left before anyone was at the desk. They told us exactly where to stash our keys and opener and was able to hit the road worry-free. Will definitely be back. Thanks for a great experience!!

The grounds and pool were wonderful and we used them every night. Our biggest complaint was with regards to the train line that runs directly behind these condos. The trains came by at least every 30 minutes all day and ALL night long which made sleeping in the front bedroom difficult. It felt like the trains were coming through the walls. Although the condo was nice and we managed to work around the train issues, we would not rent here again.
