Cozy condo only 1/2 mile from Schweitzer village. Dog friendly. Enjoy beautiful views of the slopes from two balconies and windows on each level. Four floors of living space includes lower level one-car garage, heated ski storage and laundry room; access the second floor entry via a wide staircase inside a shared corridor, this floor includes the living room, kitchen and dining, a full bath with shower; three third floor bedrooms and full bath with tub/shower are located on third level accessed by a narrow spiral staircase; and the cozy enclosed loft bedroom space on the top floor is accessed via a sturdy ladder. Kitchen is remodeled with maple cabinetry and leathered granite counters. It is fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances, kitchenware and dishes, drip coffee maker (coffee, filters, sugar and creamer provided) small appliances (waffle iron, crockpot, etc) spices and basic staples to cook and serve your meals. Sandpoint local artisan crafted dining table and benches will seat eight guests. 60 inch smart tv located in the small living room. The living room will seat five to six guests. High speed internet. Cozy thermostat controlled gas fireplace powerful enough to heat the entire place but each room also has its own electric heater with thermostat for individual comfort. Sleeps eight in four bedrooms on two levels (third level king, queen, and twin bunks plus queen loft). Refer to photos and photo captions for specifics on bed sizes and dimensions of rooms. New white linens and comfortable mattresses in each bedroom. Small one car garage can accommodate a small SUV or car (garage door has 7 foot height clearance and 9 foot width clearance). Plus parking for one additional car outside. Private high capacity Samsung washer and dryer (laundry detergent pods provided) located adjacent to garage in the heated ski storage room. You will find lots of quirky charm in this place as it was only the second condo property constructed on Schweitzer Mountain almost sixty years ago. This historical condo building was completed in 1970 on the mountainside with four stories accessed via stairs, a spiral staircase and a mounted ladder.
