  • LA COMUNITÀ

    Seasons at Sandpoint è una comunità privata fronte lago gestita professionalmente composta da appartamenti con 1, 2 o 3 camere da letto e case a schiera con 5 camere da letto. Si trova nell'incantevole città di Sandpoint, direttamente sulle rive del lago più grande dell'Idaho, il lago Pend Oreille, lungo 43 miglia. La città è anche circondata da tre grandi catene montuose, le gamme Selkirk, Cabinet e Bitterroot offrono viste spettacolari tutto l'anno.

    LA MARINA

    La proprietà è situata direttamente sulla linea di costa del massiccio Lago Pend Oreille di 86.000 acri. Abbiamo una marina privata con 80 scivoli e un mastro per assistervi nella preparazione di una bellissima giornata sul lago. È possibile ormeggiare la propria barca durante il vostro soggiorno con noi o semplicemente affittare da una società locale. Possiamo sicuramente consigliare le aziende che noleggiano tutti i tipi di imbarcazioni, tra cui kayak, paddleboard, barche da sci, moto d'acqua e pontoni. I noleggi dei gommoni sono limitati nei mesi estivi, quindi assicurati di prenotare il tuo quando prenoti un condominio o una residenza cittadina.



    LA PISCINA E LA VASCA CALDA

    La piscina all'aperto riscaldata sul lago e la vasca idromassaggio si trovano nel centro della comunità, proprio di fronte alla club house. Sono aperti tutto l'anno, quindi puoi rinfrescarti durante i mesi estivi o riscaldarti dopo una divertente giornata invernale di sci sulla Schweitzer Mountain.


    SPIAGGIA PRIVATA

    La nostra spiaggia privata ti permette di nuotare nel lago e giocare nella sabbia senza dover lasciare la proprietà. Il nostro staff può anche aiutarvi a costruire un fuoco sulla spiaggia in riva al lago la sera, permettendovi di rilassarvi e godervi tutta la bellezza della natura alla fine della giornata.


    AL FRESCO AREE DI PRANZO

    Abbiamo aree da pranzo all'aperto complete di grigliate e posti a sedere in modo da poter gustare un delizioso pasto con la famiglia e gli amici mentre ammirate le viste mozzafiato. È possibile prenotare incrementi di 2 ore con il nostro staff prima del vostro arrivo o al momento del check-in.


    LE RESIDENZE

    Disponiamo di diverse residenze di diverse dimensioni disponibili per l'affitto, tra cui appartamenti con 1, 2 o 3 camere da letto e case a schiera con 5 camere da letto. Ogni residenza ha una planimetria aperta e balconi privati ​​con vista sul lago. Sono completamente arredati con biancheria, spugna, pentole, stoviglie e una lavatrice / asciugatrice.

    Questa residenza a tre piani con 5 camere da letto può ospitare fino a 14 persone. La casa è costruita in un paesaggio in pendenza, quindi l'ingresso frontale ti porta nel secondo piano che funge da livello di vita principale. Questo è uno spazio meraviglioso per i tuoi amici e la famiglia per raccogliere comodamente. A questo livello troverete una cucina completa, zona pranzo, soggiorno, balconi con vista sul lago, e un bagno di servizio situato in posizione comoda.

We had a fun 5 day visit to Sandpoint. The townhouse is very spacious for our big extended family. The view and location to downtown Sandpoint is fantastic. Very nice to have a great heated pool and hot tub on the property. And also nice to have a garage to park in. The downstairs bedrooms do not have windows and the lighting is low there so that is a drawback. Conversely, the primary bedroom faces east and morning sun pours through early every morning--darker shades would be very helpful. The trains go by constantly and shake the house but we did get used to it. The townhouse looks pretty rough in many areas and seems due to be updated. The next door neighbor seems very unhappy that this is a rental and is quick to complain about every minor detail.

Great spot for Schweitzer skiing

This was our third stay at The Seasons at Sandpoint. We have been very happy with all three of our visits. The property has units that will accommodate a large group, it's a short drive to Schweitzer for skiing, close to the town center, and it has a fantastic hot tub. The property owner was also very generous in comp'ing us a free night based on some minor issues with a few of the appliances in the unit. We highly recommend The Seasons at Sandpoint!

Perfect Home Base for a Fun Group Getaway

The location was ideal, with onsite amenities like the pool, dock, and beach, plus a beautiful walking trail and easy strolls into town.From the moment we booked, the concierge was incredibly kind and helpful, making everything seamless through to the end of our stay.The townhome itself was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed — a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, plenty of beach towels, and cozy spaces to gather, whether around the dining table or relaxing by the fireplace.Highly recommend this spot for groups looking for comfort, convenience, and a bit of adventure!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We do a yearly trip with a few other people and this year we decided on Sandpoint. Having the marina (which we utilized), pool, small beach, walking distance to to town was very convenient. The house was nice and laid out well for a group. The basement bedroom configuration was a little awkward, both basement bedrooms have no windows, and you have to walk through one bedroom to access the other. We knew about this before we booked, though. Only negative was the neighbor next to us. We have a shared backyard space with them and if our children put their feet over into his section, or touched his grass or bushes, he made sure we knew that was HIS yard and we had to stay on our side. The children he was upset over were under 4, it's very difficult to keep them on one specific patch of grass when it's all open and shared. Also, this same neighbor watched a 75 year year old grandpa spend over an hour setting up a tent for his grandkids to play in, didn't say a word. Then called the front office and complained (tents aren't allowed, and we did not know). We had no problem with the "no tents" rule (honestly did not know), but he really just sat there and watched the entire time and didn't say a word to us, then called the office after it was all set up! He really could have just told us instead of watching the whole time and then calling it in. Needless to say, we felt like this particular neighbor kind of put a damper on the trip, but we still had a good time overall and the property and front desk were very nice. We would not choose this unit next time based on the neighbor.

Awesome Town House!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent an amazing week at this beautiful Town House! Our family of 10 enjoyed all that Seasons has to offer their guests. We loved the private dock, the pool and hot tub, the private beach and one of us had a fantastic message! Everything is a short walk from the townhome. We were also able to walk to town for restaurants and shopping. The Sat. Street Fair was great. Since my husband and I are 79, we really appreciated the elevator, especially from the patio level to our bedroom! Some have complained about the trains at night. None of us were bothered, they never used their whistles at night and were kind of soothing rolling through town. The staff was so very helpful answering our questions. My grandson left a special souvenir, and I received an email the day we got home offering to mail it to him. Thank you, Scott!! We loved everything about this property and look forward to returning next summer!

Good stay with some caveats

Overall the stay and property was excellent. However a few things to note. 1. I’m not certain there was AC in this house. At least we couldn’t find it anywhere. It got HOT. The sun blasts this house all day and it never really cooled down at night. 2. The trains are LOUD!!! Two of the bedrooms are less than 50 feet from a train track and the trains come all hours of the day. 3. Location is great (other than trains) but it’s quite a long walk to the public beach. Bikes or car is recommended. 4. Check in process is a little old school. No remote check in. You have to pick the keys up from a physical person. And if you show up late it’s after hours. Would like to see an ability to check in with codes etc. 5. Hot water runs out fast. We had four adults in the house and in the mornings after one or two people showered we’d run out of hot water for a few hours. For the price we paid, we’d kind of thought they’d at least have instant and unlimited hot water.

Perfect location

We are a group of five friends who meet two or three times a year to knit, chat and eat. This location was perfect. The home is conveniently located to downtown Sandpoint and City Beach and the view is fabulous. The property was immaculate, with plenty of space. We would all like to return (or not to have left!)

Great Views! Great Stay!

The views can not be beat, great location - just a quick walk to town, quick walk to the shared hot-tub (also with great views), the house is furnished well, the kitchen had everything we needed. Check in was super quick and the staff very nice. We did hear the train regularly, but some used ear plugs at night and slept well.

Winter ski trip

Our second stay here for our group of 9. Four kids age 9-16 and 5 adults. Plenty of room to spread out, sit by the fire, do a puzzle after fun days skiing up at Schweitzer. Large well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable and highly recommend!

Great place with great views

We stayed here with a group of 9 people and this unit was so spacious, we did not feel like we were on top of each other. It was very clean and comfortable, and great proximity to town and a reasonable distance to the ski hill.
