  • LA COMUNITÀ

    Seasons at Sandpoint è una comunità privata fronte lago gestita professionalmente composta da 1, 2 e 3 camere da letto e case a schiera con 5 camere da letto. Si trova nella suggestiva città di Sandpoint, direttamente sulle rive del più grande lago dell'Idaho, il lago Pend Oreille, lungo 43 miglia. La città è inoltre circondata da tre grandi catene montuose, le catene Selkirk, Cabinet e Bitterroot che offrono viste spettacolari tutto l'anno.

    C'è una club house situata in posizione centrale, conosciuta anche come The Retreat, dove il nostro staff vi accoglierà calorosamente nella proprietà e vi mostrerà il vostro condominio o residenza cittadina. Sono anche più che felici di consigliare attività locali per rendere il vostro soggiorno indimenticabile come trekking, sci, golf, equitazione, mostre d'arte, spettacoli musicali, ristoranti, antiquariato, shopping, ecc. Ci sono anche molti servizi da godere direttamente nella proprietà, tra cui la Wildflower Spa at Seasons, piscina all'aperto riscaldata, vasca idromassaggio, spiaggia privata, pozzi del fuoco, sale da pranzo all'aperto, centro fitness e un porto turistico con scivoli per barche disponibili per l'affitto.


    LA MARINA

    La proprietà è situata direttamente sulla costa del massiccio del lago Pend Oreille di 86.000 acri. Abbiamo un porticciolo privato con 80 scivoli completo di un mastro marinaio per assisterti nella preparazione di una bella giornata sul lago. Puoi ormeggiare la tua barca durante il tuo soggiorno con noi o semplicemente noleggiarla presso una compagnia locale. Possiamo sicuramente raccomandare alle aziende che noleggiano tutti i tipi di imbarcazioni, inclusi kayak, paddleboard, barche da sci, wave runner e pontoni. I noleggi delle barche sono limitati nei mesi estivi, quindi assicurati di prenotare il tuo quando prenoti un condominio o una residenza cittadina.



    LA PISCINA E LA TUBA CALDA

    La piscina all'aperto riscaldata sul lago e la vasca idromassaggio sono al centro della comunità, direttamente di fronte alla club house. Sono aperti tutto l'anno, quindi è possibile rinfrescarsi durante i mesi estivi o riscaldarsi dopo una divertente giornata invernale di sci a Schweitzer Mountain.


    SPIAGGIA PRIVATA

    La nostra spiaggia privata ti permette di nuotare nel lago e giocare nella sabbia senza dover lasciare la proprietà. Il nostro staff può anche aiutarti a costruire un incendio sulla spiaggia sul lago di sera, permettendoti di rilassarti e goderti tutta la bellezza della natura alla fine della giornata.

    Disponiamo di sale da pranzo all'aperto con grigliate e posti a sedere in modo da poter gustare un delizioso pasto con la famiglia e gli amici mentre ammirate le viste meravigliose. Puoi prenotare incrementi di 2 ore con il nostro personale prima del tuo arrivo o al momento del check-in.

Location! Location! Location!

We had so much fun staying at this property. Super close to town and super close to the ski resort. Kind of a bonus when the resort closes due to high winds and you can hang around Sandpoint.

Winter Ski Getaway!!

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful, well-stocked property. Just 20 min drive up to the hill for skiing, then apres ski and hot tub at night! Would highly recommend.

Charming Condo

Thoroughly enjoyed our 1 week stay - the kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, the fireplace cozy, beautiful sunrises over the lake, and we enjoyed the games/puzzles since we holed up due to extremely cold temperatures. The distance to town was short and definitely walkable, and the underground parking was perfect with luggage/push carts available to bring up our load. On site spa staff was accommodating and talented Would definitely rent this unit again - during any season!

Reviewer Comments: Lots of room for our family of four, but had to use the couch for one tall teenager, the bunks in the hallway were too short for him, couch was comfy though. The bed in the master suite was very high, so if you are short, can't sit on the bed. They had everything we needed in the kitchen and the large dining table was perfect. We loved the small patio facing the lake, and because it was on the first floor, easy access to the pool, hot tub, beach and boat dock! Wi-Fi service was very good. The on site management is the best! Thanks for an awesome week!

I attended a 2.5 day class and appreciated the relaxation the residence provided for me when not in class. My stay was early December, not quite winter season and def not summer. The space was quiet and tranquil. I enjoyed my time at the outdoor hot tub and both the lake and mountain views. I Appreciated and utilized the onsite after hours phone number when I couldnt locate the jet button for hot tub and another time when an overserved guest was ringing my doorbell nonstop thinking he was at his condo. Tristan, part of the after hours team immediately arrived, helped the guest home, and returned reassuring me of such. I felt safe and cared for, not like at a hotel. I liked having a reserved spot in the parking garage, it made early morning winter meetings a breeze since I didnt need to warm up the car or scrape snow. The Bay Trail trailhead is just at the end of the road and the town is easily walkable distance, or a very short drive away. Unfortunately, I did not get to use the spa services; my schedule and their hours conflicted, but it was nice to know its an onsite option. There is no doubt that I plan to stay at the Seasons next time I am in Sandpoint.

While the water was extremely low, and the rental boat companies had not put their boats in the water for rent yet, my husband and I still had a fantastic time in Sandpoint thanks to our beautiful Suite with a fantastic view. We actually loved our suite so much that we bought groceries and ate in a lot. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The Seasons receptionist, Janet, was very accommodating and friendly. We plan on bringing the whole family back for another adventure in Sandpoint and we will definitely stay at the Seasons again.

Ideal Family Vacation

I can't say enough about our stay at Seasons at Sandpoint. The unit was clean, tastefully designed and fully equipped ... And the view! Located on the first floor, but still elevated for a great view of the beach and grassy area below. Check-in was a breeze! We spent a lot of time at the pool as well as using the BBQ area and Kevin even met us at the fire pit to get things started for a s'mores night. We love the town of Sandpoint, Lake Pend Oreille, and the proximity to Six Flags. We enjoyed fishing and bike riding too. Already talking about a return trip.

Family Lake Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time staying at Seasons in Unit 123. Our kids loved the bunk beds and overall the unit was great. We did have a few small issues with dirty dishes being in the cupboards. Particularly, one bowl that had obviously not been washed with either dried fruit juice in it or possibly meat blood and residue that had dried in it. We washed the bowl thoroughly in hot water and soap and it was fine, but then we ended up washing everything every time we needed to use something. We also rented a dock and loved having the marina right there for our boat. There were very few boats there at the time and my husband asked if we could switch to a slip with whips and he was told we couldn’t because they didn’t know when those slips would be used, however, they were able to tell us that the slip next to ours wasn’t going to be used for some time and we could cross tie our boat due to low water levels. None of it really added up. Also, a location to clean fish at the marina would’ve been helpful. When we asked about it, we were told no one had ever asked that question... we find it hard to believe given it is a marina on a lake with great fishing. With the exception of these few things, the trip was wonderful and we plan on returning in the future.

The location on the lake coupled with a 5 min walk to town was ideal. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Looking forward to coming back!
