"I stayed for work and the position close to the university campus was the main decision factor. Compared to how it is presented in the pictures, the hotel is more outdated (and this goes also for the room) and the neighbourhood may not always feel safe at night, as there is not that much light around. If you arrive from the direction of Charpennes, it may be a little confusing and you may arrive first to the side entrance (otherwise useful) that closes at 10 pm. The services were ok, the room was spacious enough and had a water kettle for tea and coffee, which I appreciate. The breakfast was a highlight, the choice was fine. There is also a bar open until 10 pm where you can get a drink and something to eat (not just snacks). Altogether, it is a good value for the money."
