“Breakfast wasn't as good as reviews and online sight describe. Food luke warm not as much variety and hot food as sight description says hot buffett. 3 hot entrees, very little in pastries ”

“I booked a room for 2 nights and right after I checked in the hotel lost partial power and we had no heat, no tv, no microwave, no WiFi and even though they have a kitchenette no dishes, no cookware or cutlery! I called twice to request at the very least a partial refund and I even spoke to a manager who said they would call me but they never did, I get that the power outage was not their fault but they definitely didn’t help me with a refund!”

“The person at the desk was friendly and welcomed us when we arrived. The room was nice and clean and the bed was very comfy. We did not use the pool but saw people were enjoying it. Did not eat breakfast. Would stay here again.”

I made a mistake in my 2 nights of reservation last Thursday (intended for check in 3/27 & check out 3/29) but accidently typed in 3/26 check in &3/28 checkout. instantly called and made the correction. “There was not any muffins or quick breakfast options. The elevator was broke most of our stay and there was no apology or offer to discount the room since we were on an upper floor.”

“The room was nice and breakfast was good, but when we went to go to the pool, it was down. The front desk said it would be closed for the duration of our stay and that there was no chlorine. We traveled with 7 children and chose this hotel with the pool for a reason. We were very disappointed, especially because a lack of chlorine in the pool is completely preventable. No communication at check in regarding the pool. It felt dishonest. ”
