“I cannot say enough good things about this property and the owners. The house is in perfect condition and has every single thing you could possibly need during your stay. It’s a very quick walk across the street to the beach on a secluded street. A quick walk to a great playground and very close to everything the Cape has to offer. This was our second stay and will absolutely not be our last! ”

“The beach was wonderful and only a short walk from the cottage. The sun porch was perfect for leaving sandy shoes and storing the beach gear.I had to keep the windows open at night, so I could listen to the ocean waves crashing and the crickets chirping.While the cottage had a cozy, rustic feel, I appreciated having a washer/dryer and dishwasher.Genevieve was very responsive and accommodating via text.”

“The host Nicole was great, the property and beach access were excellent. The only problem was that the internet was down for the entire stay. After speaking with several neighbors this lack of internet seemed to be this property only. My host Nicole stated that it would be resolved. The internet was never resolved and we ended up leaving a day early because my wife needed to work remotely for her job, we got tired of using a hotspot with spotty reception. Overall highly recommend this property...

“We had a wonderful stay at this sweet home on the cape. It was just the right size for our family of 5 and the beachfront location was super convenient. The house is well equipped with everything we needed. We used the linen service that was offered and it was great. The beach was mostly sandy with some rocks at the water line. Campfires on the beach at night were so nice and we really enjoyed the sunset views. We’ll definitely come back! ”

“Sweet little throw back cedar shake cottage. Very clean. Peaceful neighborhood and gorgeous clear bay water for daily swimming. Check-in was easy and little kitchen has all you need - though we mostly ate out! ”
