“We had a great stay in this beautiful, old property which had a lot of character. Ideally situated for restaurants, walks and the river. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend away and we enjoyed many walks around Sandwich. Nice to have a bath as well as a shower! ”

“A fantastic stay. Rooms just perfect. Lovely touch with the coffee machine and the fridge in the pantry with fresh milk and additional bottled water. Breakfast was excellent and far far beyond anything that you would expect at a pub type of stay. Location was quiet and a great base to explore Kent and the coastline. Staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Full marks for the Duke William’👏👏 ”

“The owner confirmed question before we arrived and was there to show us the room, letting us know breakfast time and aquantus us with the keys. "Posto incantevole, questo edificio immerso nel verde, stuttura con un suo stile, albergo in parte in ristrutturazione, parte delle camere gia ristrutturate, la nostra nonostante è stata ancora da ristrutture presenta un arredamento in stile confortevole e sopratutto pulita. Parcheggio gratuito all'interno del giardino del hotel, dalla strada si fa un pò di difficoltà a trovare la stradina d'entrata tra gli alberi della strada. In zona abbastanza centrale da poter visitare il centro storico di Canterbury a piedi. "
