“My stay was good until the am arrived and the housekeeping team continuously keep slamming doors while cleaning the rooms! As soon as I will call back to sleep, I would jump out of my sleep with fear due to the slamming of doors! I have trouble sleeping at night, mostly early morning hours I will finally be able to sleep. So of course, once I can get a good sound of sleep I’m glad. But there is a problem when people are slamming doors that can wake up the nation!”

“Lots of ants in our room and we had to change room. They were very nice and gave us a full breakfast credit in stead of the continental breakfast we paid for. It wasn’t a good start since we just got married, but the front desk was very nice and looked out for us. Despite the ants on the 6th floor, I would go back.”

“The room I was given was supposed to be for two people (king size bed) but it was so small I could not even set my luggage on the appropriate stand because there was no space to open it! Breakfast was limited in food selection and quality and some of the staff were not that friendly. ”

Poi mi ha sgridato per essere arrivato tardi senza avvisare . Quando le ho fatto vedere la prova della telefonata, ha risposto risentita che non avevo parlato con lei. Personale...

“Our reservation was messed up thru no fault of our own. The staff at Spark in Rahway not only fixed it and honored our reservation, but upgraded us to a suite which was roomy, clean and just fabulous at the rate I was originally promised. They didn't have to do it but they did. Customer Service is friendly and superb. I will be booking at the Spark again in the near future. ”

“Let's start by saying that both Expedia and the property double charged my credit card bor the same booking. After contacting both sides neither one is accepting responsibility and claim i did not show up for my reservation even after providing credit card statement. Neither party can explain the reason for the double charge and continue to make excuses. Very disappointed especially with Expedia. Myself and everyone i know will no longer use their services. ”
