“The hotel was quite disappointing for the price. The pool temperature was advertised to be in the 80s, but it was actually only in the 70s, making the water feel freezing! When I mentioned this to the front desk staff, they brushed me off. Additionally, the restaurant was understaffed, resulting in slow service. We requested a late checkout, but our request was not honored. Will not be going back.”

“I love this BWP! Every things were excellent. I booked the river view room upstairs. It was spacious. The beds were comfortable. The view was worth the money.
