This split-level vacation rental features unique decor and artwork and a gas fireplace to give the whole place a rustic mountain cabin feel. Visiting chefs will love the completely remodeled, full kitchen with knotty alder cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and tile floors. And when you're craving a little friendly competition, head into the family room, where you'll find a foosball table and a lounge with a 43' TV and a selection of movies.

Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

A location with a lot of space

The ease of getting to and from Alta, Snowbird, Solitude, and Brighton makes this place worth it. There’s a grocery (smiths) just a couple miles away too. The place is large, with multiple common areas (2 with futons) and 4 bedrooms, 1 with 3 beds. The kitchen was a bit wonky if you want to actually cook, but we made do. The basement (1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 common room with futon) was cold and dark. The main floor end bedroom was cold while the upstairs bedroom was hot (we slept with the slider open to try and warm up the bottom floors). The hot tub has very very old, loud, and not very clean (& no head cushions). The backyard and the patio and the 2nd floor deck were not well maintained or cleaned. Inside, the carpeting needs to be deep cleaned or replaced and the wall decorations are a bit over the top (100 pictures). We really appreciated the ski rack in the garage, the boot warmer in the basement, and the garage door opener. Beds were comfy and sheets and towels were plentiful and nice, and they provided Aveda bathroom products. Also enjoyed natural history museum of Utah and TopGolf. Nice hiking very close by-Quail Trail and Alpenbock Loop.

Everything you need

Perfect spot… central to the slopes, grocery stores and airport. Plenty of room, wonderful amenities like washer dryer, boot dryers! Hot tub, nice kitchen. Nice spot

Great Place

Great place. Very convenient. Plenty of room. Hot tub wasnt hot, but they got a tech out to fix it right away! Top floor bedroom floor creaks very loudly. A little annoying for those downstairs.

Nice and Comfy!

This was a great place to get away! Roomy, plenty of stocked towels, coffee and dishes. Balcony was cool and liked we could keep the upper story windows open at night. Beds were SUPER comfy! Location was easy and quick to get to the places we wanted to go.

great spot for skiing Alta/Snowbird

This was a great find! 25 min from the airport and 18 min from Snowbird/Alta ... about 10 min to a grocery store...super convenient. The house was very clean, very spacious and easy to live in! Hot tub was a great bonus, kept its heat well and was a great way to end our ski days. I loved the outdoor grill (brand new!) and the beds were very comfortable. Great house - will hopefully be back!

We totally enjoyed our stay. Everything could have possibly needed /wanted was there. Our host was excellent to communicate it. It was actually bigger than we expected. Very homey atmosphere. I would highly recommend staying here, you will not be disapppointed!

A fine home base for the mountains

This property was the perfect home base for our half week of ski/snowboarding. The location was awesome to split time between Snowbird/Alta and Brighton/Solitude. The condo itself met expectations...it wasn't the newest or most updated, but it was fine and the price was appropriate. Lot's of character with tons of cool artwork and knick knacks everywhere. The beds were comfortable, the hot water was hot and there was a ton of space in the garage and laundry room for equipment and boot storage. The kitchen was one of the better equipped that we have stayed at with lots of utensils, pots, pans, glassware and silverware. The only minor issues we had during our stay were that the internet/cable were out the first night (but came back online overnight by itself) and the hot tub seemed to go back and forth between 104 deg and 96 deg depending on the day. But as I said, minor issues and nothing worth contacting the owners who were very friendly and accomodating as they let us check-in early. Definitely recommended.

Perfect choice!

This house was perfect for our small group of Marines to reunite and the hot tub was incredible after a long day of skiing at Snowbird. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all our meals and there was plenty of room to spread out. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

Very nicely maintained and accessorized home. Rooms spaces out on multiple levels for an added element of privacy. Great access to Cottonwood Canyons for skiing. Throughly enjoyed ourselves. Host couldn’t have been nicer.

Staycation for the win

Perfect amount of space to meet up with family! Kids loved the game room and games. Hot tub was a little small for a group, and not hot enough with rules against adjusting it, but we still enjoyed it, especially in the snow!! Very crickety floors upstairs. This is an older home with old TVs and appliances. WiFi worked great! We had a great time with family and would recommend this place. Our kids are ages 7-11 and my sister has 2 toddlers.

Great location for a ski trip and mountain access

Ski get away

Location was great for skiing both big and little cottonwood canyons. Plenty of room for the five of us. We were able to make dinner at home just about every night along with hearty breakfasts. Kitchen had just about everything you need. Hot tub was enjoyed by all. The separate spaces allowed folks to "do their own thing" I would stay here again.

Great location

Property was perfect for our group (four adult males); everyone had a separate bed. Kitchen is well furnished with ample dishes, glasses, pots, pans, etc. Conveniently located with easy access to the four ski resorts (Snowbird, Alta, Brighton & Solitude) and close to supermarkets and restaurants. Only unusual aspect of the place was the large refrigerator/freezer which extends out from the counter-tops on either side by approx 10 inches. This makes access to the wall mounted cabinets on both sides (where all spices and seasonings are stored) difficult if not impossible for anyone with short arms! However, a "grab-it"stick is provided to solve this quirk of the kitchen.

Beautiful property! Great location!

Anne and Ray are great hosts; our check-in and check-out process was seamless. Their home is clean, and the floor plan works well for large groups. The property is close to the main access road to Snowbird and Alta, but the house is setback from the road. There’s little-to-no traffic noise day and night. We would definitely stay here again.
