“This year was the second year that I spent time at the Mariner. This year was not as good as the first year that I was there I was without hot water for almost 3 days. The main gate to the pool was never open on time 8 to 8:00 is when it's supposed to be open and I had to call to have it opened at 9:00 and 10:00 in the morning. Other than that I love where my room was I love the size of it everything else was good but I think not to be without hot water was a big deal I mean how do you take a...

“Ma che brutto questo posto!!! Le foto del motel riprese dall'alto ingannano, così come le foto delle camere, sono proprio brutte; appena si entra si sente odore di muffa, il condizionatore fa freddo ma non toglie l'umidità e inoltre fa un rumore infernale. Siamo stati tre notti in questo posto e non hanno mai fatto le camere, cambiavano solo gli asciugamani. Bagno minuscolo. Pulizia da migliorare. Porta di ingresso indecente così anche quella specie di portico con due sedie un vaso con sabbia...

“My stay was mostly wonderful! The location is perfect, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating throughout our visit. But they needs to improve housekeeping.”

“This was a nice stay dispite the clerk was on a computer screen skyping our sign in and exit meanwhile 2 staff members sat behind counter and never talked to us at all. Makes it poor welcoming feeling. I just like more of a connection with hosts vs a screen. It is very sad.”

“The Island Guesthouse was the perfect place to stay for our quick trip out of town! Our room was so clean and extremely well-maintained. It was really nice because it was away from all the in-season crowds but still close to the beaches and more touristy areas. The whole hotel has a lot of personality and really had We really, really liked it here and we definitely be back for a next trip to the Outer Banks!”
